I enjoyed how it served what it said it would serve. It provided me a place to stay, along with the very nice staff. Although my schedule prevented me from accessing all the potential services and amenities, there was just enough for me to have a good night’s rest.

The staff were accommodating when we called and asked for an early check in but then when we arrived we were told that there should have been an extra $30 added to our bill for inconveniencing the cleaning staff to get the room done early! No mention of this fee before hand (or when ever booking a room any where else and asking for the same service!)when initially asking so we did not pay it, thankfully! When we got to the room the hot water tap was broken in three pieces and we had to get it replaced. There was also no extra toilet paper only a meager 1/4 roll on the holder. The tap was fixed and an extra roll of paper was supplied but it seemed begrudgingly. The continental breakfast was meager and the yogurt we got was outdated. The TV was also the smallest we've seen in a motel room! Overall not a great experience, the place needs updating but it served it's purpose for the night.

Dear Lori, We mentioned that additional charges may be applied depending on availability of all special requests when making a reservation because the customer wants to come in early. There is also an additional charge on early check-in on the reservation form. However, we have provided you with a reduction. Before check-in, it is well prepared without any problems. We've stay here over many years, and although carpeting is new, other things need repair: room temp. machine is old and tooooooo loud, not producing much either; sink taps still leak, bed too close to wall so difficult to get out of; beds too high for us shorter people to get in/out of easily, esp. if you're older; toilet too close to wall; bathroom fan LOUD, at night wakes others up; in other words there is a lot of upgrading needed. However, staff are great, food is fine, rates are good, clean facility, easy access; will stay agin but only one night.

The property was decent for the price. The property itself deserves 4 stars for the price point, but minus 1 star for the interrogation by the front desk staff upon check-in. She was predominantly concerned that I was declaring all the people who were staying. Asked question after question about who was staying in the room with me.

The gentleman who helped us (I assure the owner) was extra kind and helpful. One morning he even went out and bought some breakfast wraps and brought them to our doors.

I hate to put a complaint however i want to help others who are possibly booking a room here in the future. I was apealed by the pricing and the room was very nice and spacious. However as aoon as i got in and started settling in, i noticed a bug.. thought nothing of it. . Then i seen another , and not just one type but 5 differebt types from beetles to some weird looking white ones. I started feeling a bit creeped out. By the time we started to get ready to climb into bed there was a beetle right on my pillow. Then i started to look up reviews and i seen all these reviews about bugs... we packed our bags and checked out. I couldnt sleep there. The hotel was kind enough to credit back the money for the night stay. We checked in at 7pm and left by 1130pm.

The hotel facilities are somewhat old but they are well maintained and clean. The attention when I checked in was excellent, the person was kind and friendly. The cost is in accordance with the service and facilities of the hotel. My recommendation, although it was not bad, but breakfast should be more varied. Thanks for the attention. If I have the opportunity to stay at the hotel again, I would.

What a wonderful motel. It was super clean and quiet. Sam was the wonderful man managing the Inn and was kind and considerate and very thoughtful. I do recommend staying here.

The staff here were friendly and welcoming. We even had breakfast brought to our door without requesting it. Very easy to find, lots of parking and close to the ball diamonds.
