The price was right. We needed a place to sleep and shower for a couple of nights. We stayed during the hottest weather this year so the air conditioning was well appreciated. The staff were friendly and accommodating. No coffee in the room but the convenience store/gas station next door had coffee and snacks. Excellent value. Thank you.

I had booked a room (as I was to attend a funeral) and upon arrival, the desk clerk said that that they couldn’t see anything in the system and that I wasn’t booked!!! I assured him that I was and that the booking is on my phone…so reluctantly he gave me a room😳

On the website says check in from 7am and when i arrived at 08:30, i was told that check in is at 11am. Maybe this should be changed immediately as its false advertising. I was initially offered a dingy single room which i declined and then given a room with two beds which was okay. I just needed a place to sleep and freshen up. You get what you pay for.

I booked the only pet friendly motel available for last night. I wrote I had 2 pets at check in then I was confronted by an employee this morning claiming I didn’t declare my pets. I won’t be staying here again it was my only option

A dump,no hot water,no shampoo,bed creaked all nite,and kept us awake,stains on the floor and sheets. Will not stay there again.

Quite a basic motel but at least the room had a fridge and microwave . It was warm enough (if it was summer the air-conditioning looked 50 years old ). Think of museum motel.

It's OK. Barely adequate. Stayed one night. Heat in the room did not work but they brought in a portable heater very quickly. It kept tripping the breaker until we figured out where we could plug it in that didn't trip. Front desk was helpful and friendly.

Hi to all review readers. Guest at room 9. I have reseved a room at 20/09. chacked in close to 5am at 21/09 the lady in the front desk wasn't there but after a buzz at the door she immidiatly arrived and gave me realy good service. The chack out was at 2pm instad of 11am cause I arrived late. The room is good and the place is quiet. Near the highway but dont hear the noise from the road. There is a gas station few step from the place. My mark up to 5 is 4 - for one night or 2 you dont need much but becaues of the service it got from 3.5 to 4

Very basic motel
No shampoo, but this appearsI had to be the new standard at hotels. I had to put a towel over the window because the curtains were so thin they did not block out the setting sun. Very basic room, but I got what I paid for.

Innisfail one-niter
Small, cramped, no mirror above sink, no shampoo, no coffee maker. All in all, a pretty depressing place to spend the night.

Accommodati8ons were adequate. Terribly noisey as it is right on Hwy 2, all night so made it difficult to stay asleep with all the big trucks flying by. I knew this when I booked so not a surprise.

Budget accommodations for a low price.
The Bluebird Motel is nothing fancy, but provides a warm, quiet place to stay while you're in town or visiting Red Deer. The staff is very kind and replaced our towels and emptied our garbage every day. If you're looking to save money on accommodations but don't want to skimp out on confirm, I would recommend the Bluebird Motel.

Awesome for the price and for the area.
Place was simple. It was clean. Very quiet area. When I walked in the room, cough a few times, not sure why but my guess would be due to dust that I'm not used to it and had to air out the room. It was really good for the price I paid. Compared to the prices in the area and for the bed and shower it was worth it's value.
