Overall everything was good but the only thing that i think was bad is lack of communication at concierge. Parking Lot was supposed to be included but wasn't at all. Bad move on their part. I would like to be informed ahead of time.

The staff is very pleasant and polite, but the structure of the building itself is very old and needs some upgrade asap. In Brazil, it's by law if any of the clients would like to visit the kitchen to see how the food is prepared to have free access, I requested to take a look and was denied by the management. From that point on I never touched the food from that place, and the breakfast was included, I did pay to have my breakfast someplace else.

The hotel was fine however they didn't have any towels in the room, the bed were covered with a plastic sheet which makes lots of noise when u on it and the bed itself wasn't comfort at all. Breakfast was meant to be served from 6:30, however they only had one guy organising it, so it took at least 15-20min to have everything ready.

Desde que a Rede Andrade hoteis passou a serem os donos, virou favela!! as toalhas de banho sao tao velhas que servem mais para pano de chao. No cafe da manha sao servidos dois sucos (feitos de tang ou k suco). O pior mesmo foi quando pedi para o cara da manutencao quebrar o cadeado pequenino da minha mala, pois o cofre nao funcionava (segundo ele) dai em vez dele vir quando eu disse que estava no apto, ele resolveu vir exatamente quando haviamos saido!!! Fiquei chocada, sai de la imediatamente, pois como tinha cash e passaportes, ele viu tudo, entao nao me senti segura. Nunca vi um funcionario entrar no apto de um hospede para quebrar cadeado se o mesmo nao esta la dentro!! Nunca mais!! Quando contactei o hotel,9 via email, pois no dia do acontecido disseram que nao havia gerente e os funcionarios da recepcao nem sabem o sobrenome do mesmo) eles me disseram que foi constatado que nada havia desaparecido, pois perguntaram ao funcionario..

A refugees camp is more organised than this disgusting building. It’s dirty, dated, let down, I could go and write a book about how bad this so called “Hotel” is!!! DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE PLEASE!!! Is unsafe too, wire was hanging out from the ceiling!!! I felt unsafe everywhere, especially the old lifts!!!! Everything is old and terrible here! I could not wait to leave!!!!

Telephone in the room didn’t work. Asked staff to fix it on the very first day, we stayed 5 days and it never got fixed. There were no towels or blankets in the room, and since the phone didn’t work, I had to go all the way down to the reception to ask for them; the reply I got for the blanket was “oh, we don’t do blankets, but I can lend you one, just make sure you bring it back”. The safe had no batteries and completely rusted out; there was a dirty onesie that has been sitting inside for a while. The room was completely outdated! I felt like I was in a backroad motel from the 80s. AC was not strong enough. Breakfast was disgusting. The eggs made me want to throw up. The only thing going for this “hotel” is the location.

There were no towels, no blankets, the telephone didn’t work, the safe had no batteries, so it didn’t work. Staff was awful, and breakfast was disgusting! The only thing going for this place was the location.

I’ll be back
Great location one block from beautiful Boa Viagem beach. All kinds of restaurants within walking distance. Hotel is a bit on the dated side but still comfortable and clean. I’ll be coming back.

O hotel requer uma manutenção, aspecto de falência, apesar que o apt estava limpo e sem odores. Mas avalio como bastante negativo o café da manhã oferecido, muito simples e básico. Importante ressaltar que os serviços de lazer estava em reforma, piscina e não foi compensado, visto que cobraram diária extras para estacionar o veículo na garagem própria do hotel, que por sinal após as 18h o cliente precisar descer do veículo e ir na recepção chamar algum abençoado para abrir o portão. Servico de câmera para monitorar esse serviço parece algo do outro mundo. Nessa situação o cliente fica vulnerável a assaltos e o veículo em estacionado em rampa muito inclinada.

A localização é perfeita, mas o hotel em si fede muito a morfo. O quarto que fiquei para duas pessoas não tinha tomadas suficiente para usar, sendo apenas uma no quarto e uma no banheiro. Fora isso, café da manhã muito bom e funcionários bem educados.
