Cheguei no hotel com todos os comprovantes por e-mail da minha reserva, o hotel disse que naontinha nenhuma reserva em.meu nome. Resumo da história, em plena madrugada distante da minha casa eu nao tinha acomodação. A sorte que o recepcionista do hotel deixou ficar ate o amanhecer do dia na recepção do hotel, para que eu pudesse procurar outro hotel para me hospedar.

O café da manhã foi bom com variedade e uma vista bem bonita No mais, fiquei no quarto 27 e tive uma péssima experiência. Primeiramente o ar condicionado de janela não esfriava e fazia um barulho muito alto, além do ar condicionado do quarto vizinho fazer muito barulho também. O banheiro era minúsculo de forma que uma pessoa de sobrepeso não conseguiria tomar banho. O elevador era antigo e não passava confiança. O quarto era bem antigo e não me passava sensação de limpeza. As toalhas tinham manchas. Não recomendo, pelo menos para o quarto que estava.

Atendimento excelente da equipe, precisei de uma mesa no quarto para trabalhare prontamente providenciaram, tudo o que necessitava eles atendiam. Precisam melhorar o aparelho do ar condicionado pois o barulho que faz incomoda e atrapalha que realiza videoconferência como eu. Cafe da manhã gostei demais, com vista para o mar.

Infelizmente péssima experiência. Só vale a pena pela localização. No mais, o quarto estava com a fechadura estragada, cada vez que saia do quarto não abria mais a porta. Toalhas manchadas. Não havia toalhas de pé e de mão. Não havia secador. Pra piorar o quarto tinha um ruído insuportável que parecia de trator, mas era o ar condicionado do quarto vizinho. Pedi para ser trocada de quarto e não consegui. Muito barulho nos corredores também. Tinha ido na cidade fazer um concurso público. A sorte que eu tinha uma amiga que estava em outro hotel.

Pessoal que trabalha, todos sempre muito educados. Condições do hotel, travesseiro terrível, aliás não pode chamar aquilo de travesseiro, é uma espuma de 3cm. Banheiro horrível, primeira vez que vi banheiro em triângulo, muito pequeno, muito mesmo. Café da manhã, pouca escolha, sucos sem açúcar, tapioca sem sal, café é regular, e sem falar no horário que é a partir de 7 hrs, viajei as 6 da manhã e sair sem café.
