Discover the unique charm of our holiday villa located in the serene hills of Recco, a pretty village nestled between the beauties of Genoa and Rapallo. Nestled in a quiet residential area and embraced by a lush olive grove, our property promises an unforgettable stay thanks to its magnificent view over Recco and the sea. With two independent flats, each designed to offer privacy and comfort, the villa invites you to experience moments of pure serenity in an exclusive setting.  
  
Flat A, spread over two floors, is approximately 200m² and boasts a spacious living area with a comfortable living room, a fireplace, a sofa bed for two, a flat-screen TV and two single beds hidden behind a bookcase, which can be converted into a double bed at will. The dining area is cosy with a large table and chairs bordering the well-equipped kitchen. The first floor houses three comfortable bedrooms and three bathrooms, two with showers and one with a whirlpool bath, to ensure maximum comfort. Flat B, measuring approximately 100m², offers a living room/kitchen with sofa beds, a vibrant dining area and two versatile bedrooms with two single beds each, which can be converted into double beds, as well as a bathroom complete with shower. Both accommodations are equipped with radiant heating to ensure a comfortable stay in any season.  
  
Outside, the property extends over approximately 3000m² of terraced land adorned with ancient olive trees and surrounded by an oak forest, creating an oasis of tranquillity and natural beauty. An above-ground swimming pool invites relaxation and fun in the sun, while spacious terraces equipped with tables, chairs and barbecues offer the ideal place for al fresco dining, socialising or simply enjoying the breathtaking sea view. Guests can benefit from ample parking and WIFI internet access throughout the property for unparalleled convenience.  
  
The villa is located just 2 km from the centre of Recco, where you will find a variety of shops, restaurants and pubs, making it easy to access everything you may need during your stay. The location is conducive to exploring nearby Genoa Nervi and Genoa, both within easy reach, as well as excursions to the sanctuary of the Ascension, a short walk from the villa. For the adventurous, bicycle, motorbike and boat rentals are available in Recco and Rapallo, offering further ways to discover the beauty of the region.
