« Great house, beautifully decorated and well equipped but beware of the Steep stairs everywhere… not for anyone with any type of mobility issues. »

« Seth was quick with and on time with all the house information. The home is in a nice neighborhood, a lot quieter than I expected. You can tell he is updating and adding things to make the home more comfortable for guests. We would stay here again the the time comes. Also, just a few blocks away is probably one of the best coffee shops, The Madison Place. And a few minutes away is Golden Hands Bakery, also top tier! »

« The experience was wonderful! It had a home away from home feeling. Very welcoming and cozy. The decor is right out of a catalog. Never spoke to the hosts in person but they made themselves available to us, if there was anything we needed through texts and emails. Had a great time and will do it again! They have a beautiful place, it feels like you're in the middle of nowhere but just a short distance away in any direction, there was plenty to do, lots of choices. Kings island, flea market,...

« Location is perfect, easy walking distance to food and shops. Great communication from the host. Price point is excellent. Allowing pets another bonus. And there is a fantastic dog park right around the corner. »

« This was the perfect location for our visit to Loveland. Just a short walk to downtown and a terrific bike trail. Plenty of space for our family of four in this nicely renovated older home. Beds were comfortable. Living room was roomy - a perfect spot to gather and hang out. If it had been warmer, the wrap-around porch would have been ideal. Host was very responsive and provided detailed information prior to our arrival. »
