Pool was ice cold. Room was full of ants. Hotel could use a remodel. All that being said it was an okay stay.

Staff was very nice!! Elevator, hallways, stairwell were dirty (walls and floor). No toilet paper or hand soap in the lobby bathroom. No linens for our room's pullout sofa and shampoo dispenser was empty in our bathroom. Our room 320 was very quiet and comfortable though.

Main areas of hotel are nice and kept up. Our room had a lot of maintenance issues that had not been addressed. Broken disposal, towel bars, rust and mold in the tub. Staff however were very nice. Safe area, shopping close by.

Concierge was extremely helpful and friendly, this could have been one of the smoothest and best checking I have had yet and I usually book 8-10 rooms for my college gymnastics team. We had. A meeting room for our team meeting and a great space for our dinner. Everything was just perfect and he was so friendly and helpful.

This hotel is not so new but there were a lot of amenities for cooking—the microwave, big refrigerator, IH, and so on.

Property was beautiful. I do fee as though our room was missing a few items for the kitchen but we weren’t there long enough to need them, ie sponge and soap and more towels. The front desk staff was very polite. We head to be out by 6:30am for a tournament so the 7am breakfast was a disappointment

Some of the employees (not all of them) were neither polite or professional. The property was very dated and in bad need of an update. The bathroom in our room was in poor condition. For the cost we should have booked any number of nicer properties in the area.
