I have never had such a horrible experience with a hotel. 10 minutes before check-in the hotel left a voicemail that they would not be accommodating us and canceled our room. I immediately called back and they informed us that the people in the room wanted to extend their stay another night. There was no manager there and when asked to have a call back, they manager ignored the request. We stopped at the hotel to try and get a response or see if they could help us and they were absolutely horrible. Rude beyond belief and as my husband left, one of the employees called him a bad word under their breath. My husband did not take kindly to that. I cannot even put into words how terrible they were.They didnt care that we had no place to stay and told us that the other family already paid a few hundred dollars so they didnt want to turn away the business. Well they officially lost a potential customer.

I love the manager Nicole! She is amazing and very patient and professional. They’re was a few other staff members there that are very disrespectful and rude. Other than that the hotel is very nice and clean. The bed is comfortable and the jacuzzi in our room was so nice!

Fortunately I got a different room for second night. The first room was TOTALLY destroyed by dogs and the cleaning was ZERO. The smell, the stains, the curtains, the carpet was beyond disgusting. The toilet and sink have never received a cleaning. No towels. No soap. No trash can at all. The A/C-heater was so loudly noisy that to be able to sleep we preferred to be so cold instead of keep it on. Terrible.

Great value for your stay
I had a very long stay at this hotel and it has been enjoyable. The accommodations are basic but everything is clean and works. The staff is really friendly and does their best to accommodate your needs. The hotel is going under major renovations, so I think it will be an even better experience when that is done. This is a great value hotel.

The property was “under contract” but that doesn’t exclude the property from needing to be clean. It was filthy and looked like a flea-infested motel. I’d n er stay there again.

Property is under construction and being refaced. That should be relayed upon booking. Hotel is very old, carpets smell bad, hallways smell like smoke. sheets appeared to be dirty.

The front desk was worthless. We had a leak with air conditioning/ heating. Didn't seem surprised. Hair dryer didn't work. I didn't get another one. No communication from front desk.

There was no hot water, food, coffee, no tv, trash left in hall in bag for 2 days.used shampo bottle for us to use! The doors were left open to used room and were left dirty,beds unmade beds. They said they were under construction on the 4th floor.then said construction starts today. I too pictures if you want them!!!

Loved this hotel except for one thing. They clearly don’t clean too well as my 13 year old daughter found an open condom wrapper on the floor and we found stains all over the walls. Apart from that the rest of the room was clean! Just maybe look better when cleaning rooms because that’s not something I want my daughter to be finding in our hotel room…

I know this place is undergoing a change. However. I did not have a working TV, no desk to work and the couch was removed. I asked the front desk for a folding table at the very least but no offer of a room change or options. I have stayed here before with better success.

Do not stay here!!!
There was no current in the room just a sheet one…the pull out couch was ripped…no toiletries were in the room we had to go to the desk and get them. The hallway smelled like weed. There where dogs barking….the beds were extremely uncomfortable…there was makeup on the walls in the bathroom…the microwave stand was broken…no phone in the room…it was just disgusting I will never stay there again

Overall it was okay to stay for a night. The receptionist and staff are very friendly. In the room the closet was musty, the refrigerator was dirty and smelly and the bath didn’t have a plug to hold water. There was a metal piece sticking out of the bed frame that my fiancé hit. And you could hear the highway outside the window pretty loud. But like I said it was okay for just a quick stay. Probably wouldn’t come back though.

We stayed the weekend of 10/20-10/22 with our 4 kids and the staff on duty that night were amazing and super sweet!! We had a problem with our fridge and within minutes the lady at the front desk switched rooms and was Soo polite about it.. I would recommend this hotel to others. Water pressure and hot water are AMAZING!!

I left some things in the drawer of the room. I immediately called to let them know. 3 weeks later, the manager, who I finally got to talk with after calling several times, told me they are not responsible for lost or stolen items, even if the staff takes them. The manager didn't want to give me the name of the hotel owners. I don't really care too much about the things but am upset they couldn't just check the room in the first place.
