Holiday house is placed in a small village named Rtina, between the town of Zadar and the island of Pag. The place is located only 25 km away from Zadar. The main features of this place are definitely sun and the sea. The holiday house is spacious and comfortable for relaxation. There are three bedrooms, three bathrooms, living room/dining/kitchen, hall. Each bedroom has a double bed for two and a sofa bed for one person. Every bedroom has bathroom with hair dryer. Towels and linen included. The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge with freezer, microwave oven, toaster, kettle and all dishes needed for cooking. All bedrooms and living room are air conditioned and have sat TV. Free parking on site and free WiFi. From commodious terrace you can enjoy in a panoramic view on the sea and beautiful sunsets. The beach is 70 m. Closest restoran from April to October is 70 m. You can visit the island of Pag (connected by bridge) and try the famous Pag cheese. Die Betten waren einfach super, da kann man sich wirklich erholen! Die Nähe zu Zadar, Nin, der Insel Pag und zu den Bergen ist wirklich toll. Sowohl Bergwandern, als auch Baden im Meer und natürlich dabei Land und Leute kennenlernen. Das große Wohn-/Esszimmer hat uns Platz geboten um gemeinsam die Zeit zu verbringen, und das Essen zu genießen. Auf der Terrasse konnten wir das Frühstück umrahmt von herrlichen Rosen genießen. Im Örtchen selbst waren wir fast die einzigen Gäste und hatten den ganzen Strand für uns allein. Zur Unterhaltung sind wir ins nahegelegene Pag, Zadar oder nach Nin gefahren. Das Haus ist wirklich gepflegt, sehr geräumig, blitzsauber und extrem gut ausgestattet. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter Robert war sehr nett. Er antwortete sofort auf alle Fragen und war äußerst zuverlässig. Zum Strand waren es nur 3 Minütchen. Zum nächsten Supermarkt 3 km, zum großen Lebensmittelmarkt 8 km. ##### Sabine K. The house is very spacious, clean, comfortable and equipped with everything you need. It was a pleasure to spend a holiday there. The beach is not in my style (I prefer a natural beach with a possibility to use a shade) but thanks to COVID (a few people) this beach was also pleasant. Das Haus ist sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Lage ist einfach spitze und man hat aus jedem Raum Meerblick.
