Staff here is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is good, plenty of choices for breakfast. Very convenient for transportation and easy parking as well. Very recommended, if you come to Rayong.

Nice place but too dirty to give a good review
The place was nice but not very clean, there were critter turds on the window sill all 3 days that never got cleaned, the bathroom and kitchenette were dirty too. I'm not sure why somewhere that nice doesn't put any effort into cleaning the rooms. If it were clean it would be a nice place to stay, but as is it was a disappointment. We tried to check out a day early but they wouldn't refund the money even though we asked more than 24 hours ahead of time.

Everything is great. It would be better if the hotel can help guests arrange or call some sorts of transportation. Overall, we had great experience at the hotel. This place is recommended.

First Time, Last Time Staying Here
My partner and I had a confusing check-in as the hotel is off the main street. We drove and eventually found the entrance. When you arrive, look for the street that has a sign that says "Puan Isan," which is a restaurant. Follow that little soi street and go "past" the big, green building. The entrance is facing opposite the direction you arrive (just FYI). Room was big and spacious and bed was super comfortable. But floor had missing pieces of wood, ant problems, and hot water was more like warm water.

Good price point hotel in Rayong
One of the best hotel in Rayong city center. Not the cheapest one, but you will get what you paid for. Enough parking space, clean and large room, great breakfast.

Clean well appointed hotel in Rayong city centre
A clean comfortable large room with excellent facilities inc kitchenette in a studio room. Quiet area in city centre so not near beach but plenty of parking if required. Recommended!

Good location at the far end of Rayong
Nice comfortable room and compared to the normal place I stay, the beds are not so hard. Decent small breakfast. No spa and nothing nearby to walk to. Helpful and friendly staff

Stay one night and came back the next day. Very good price and very clean. Staff is very helpful. Free parking and they let me park my rental car even when I checked out and came back the next day. Breakfast was decent. Would go back only if I'm in the area.

So nice we went twice
This is our second stay. We came back we loved it so much. Rooms are clean and spacious. Staff is super super friendly! We love the room service and breakfast was great. Everyone is so nice. Just be done eating before ten am because the staff wants to clear the breakfast. It's a good twenty minute drive to the beach. But it's downtown near Cafe Kantary and California steak and passione mall.

Staff was very friendly, room was large and clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Room furniture is new and ac unit are new. Free basic breakfast buffet; toast, eggs, bacon, sausage, fruit and thai options too, fried rice, stirfried veg and salad. Thai food room service in the evening. AC gym, a couple English tv channels. overall very quiet and comfortable.

Nice hotel but just keep in mind it is more than 10 kilometers from the sea and the only way there is by taxi. Loved the morning buffet breakfast. Very good staff.

I love this place. As a cyclist I sometimes have to take what I can find which is fine but when I have the opportunity to stay in a nice hotel or resort like this it's a bonus. This hotel fits the bill after a long day in the saddle. Great staff, beautiful big rooms lots of English tv channels which is important for when I want to catch up on news and world events.( BBC, Aljezera, CNN etc). The hotel is well maintained, clean and comfortable. It is located close to a large Tesco Lotus and has a very good night market next to the TL. I have stayed here twice (coming and going) and I would highly recommend it for its great value and convenience.

Short trip to Rayong
My mom sprang her foot and couldn't walk. The hotel provide wheelchair. All the staff especially the porter and guards are very helpful
