Above all, La Joliette is exceptional for its waterfront location on the beach of Canadel (commune of Rayol Canadel sur mer), 30 km from Saint-Tropez, and for its sublime view of the sea and the Golden Isles. The Villa is divided into 2 houses with a common entrance, spread over 2 floors First floor - Ground/upper floor (entrance door). Entrance hall, with staircase to the lower floor Right: the 1st house with its kitchen, cathedral lounge (6m HSP) with piano and Tectona tables, and 3 bedrooms. Left: the master suite with bedroom 1 with double bed, dressing room and en-suite bathroom with WC and private access to the garden. On the lower floor (access via the interior staircase in the entrance hall or via the garden) A 2nd large kitchen, and a 2nd vast living-dining room with a Max Alto dining table (3 meters wide) and a large Bolia corner sofa. 3 further bedrooms on this level. WC PMR ! The patio leads from the reception-kitchen area to the bedrooms, the garden and the beach. Each room offers a different, sublime view of the sea, the Golden Isles and the vegetation (2 rooms have a view of the vegetated rear area). Jul 15, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy This Villa is a dream come true, with breathtaking views all day and waterfront access to the beach. The garden has two wonderful wooden terraces, one on the ground floor outside the living/ dining and one down by the beach. There is a lovey small hill with shade and great lounge chairs to relax from the sun. On the top floor of the house there is a large terrace with table and chairs and the wonderful view. The Villa is beautifully newly renovated with comfortable modern furniture in a light style, with air-conditioning. For cooking there are 2 complete kitchens, one on each floor. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs , 2 with great views, as well as a living / dining area with at piano, to enjoy playing. Down stairs there are 3 bedrooms.The Canadel beach is inimate and a lovely curved rather secluded beach with clean water and great swimming. it is lovely all day, especially for morning and evenings swims. There is a safe area for swimming and also 2 blue platforms one can swim to. In the middle there is a lifeguard station that watches over both ends of the beach.The one end of the beach is casual and natural with sand and driftwood, The other end has 2 restaurants, where it is possble to rent sunchairs and umbrellas. La Place de l' Ancre'or is more casual and has great food. Tropicana Club is larger and serves snacks, drinks,lunch and dinner and has a nice childrens play area.
