"I was very pleased with the property. The size of the rooms and house and pool were larger than I expected. Everything was clean and modern. We enjoyed the house very much. The location is walking distance to the main road where you can find bars, food, markets, and restaurants. We were there 5 days and spent about 1200B for electricity in addition which was not unexpected. The agency was very kind and helpful. Overall I was very happy and would recommend this to anyone who is interested"

"Beautiful modern and clean house with private swimming pool. The villa is over 1 hour away from airport. It’s in a residential area, about 40 minutes away from the Patong beach where most of the nice restaurants and shopping is located. You will definitely need your own transportation to come and go. Electricity was not included (which I was aware) however we only used air conditioning at night and still paid about $60 US for 5 days (rip off). The beds are hard. "한국인 후기가 많지 않아 걱정이 되기도 했는데, 혹시나 하는 일은 전혀 발생하지 않았어요. 영어로 소통하는데 문제 없었고, 룸 컨디션도 괜찮았어요. LG 통돌이 세탁기(건조 가능)를 유용하게 사용했고, 풀빌라마다 자전거도 비치돼 있어요. 생수(물 맛 좋음)와 타올, 어메니티 등이 제공되고, 룸 청소는 문앞에 표시해두면, 매일 오전마다 청소합니다. 아침식사는 뷔페식이고, 그럭저럭 먹을만 합니다. 바로 앞 골목 삼거리에 편의점이 있고, 그 인근에는 빅씨마트가 있어 편해요. 룸서비스를 주문해 보지 않았으나, 가격이 저렴한 편입니다. 그리고 도보 가능한 인근에 이태리, 스위스, 영국, 러시아 등등 각 나라별 전문식당과 라와이 수산시장이 있어요. 슈페리어 2베드룸을 예약했다가, 3베드룸으로 업그레이드됐는데, 방 들이 연결돼 있지 않은 점이 아쉽고, 일부 공사 소음이 들립니다. 평상시는 조용해서 가족들과 휴가를 즐기기에 좋았습니다. 키즈파크는 5세 미만 아이가 사용하기 좋고, 간혹 풀빌라를...

"We loved our time at Proud! The apartment was fantastic just as the pictures show. Great communication from the managers. The pool on the roof was incredible and gave us time to relax in peace and quiet. Local shops and brilliant restaurants - We Cafe and Vida Nova for brunch and dinner respectively. Great to have a coffee shop on the ground floor, it doesn’t open until 9am though. We are thinking about coming back on our way up to Phuket airport. Thanks!"
