"The front desk staff was very nice when we checked in and check in was quick. The room was for 5 people and was very small. We asked for a rollout. When it was delivered the person who dropped it off asked if we needed anything else and we asked for more pillows as there are people in our party with joint issues. The person seemed very put out that we asked for more pillows and was very passive aggressive when he dropped them off. There aren’t a lot of dining options nearby and if you don’t have a car it’s hard to get around. The shuttle both to and from the airport went great. "
