The bungalow is a semi-detached house and furnished in a functional style. The property is located in a holiday resort. Also due to its quiet location at the water the domicile is popular. Available for use: parasol, sun lounger, terrace and garden furniture.  
  
  
**Holiday resort**  
210 accommodations, reception (safe), 1 restaurant, pizzeria, bar, common room, internet (WLAN), TV room and supermarket. Doctor at reception. Club card includes use of the pool, entertainment (until 8 September), mini club, 1 parasol and 2 sun loungers by the pool and a numbered car park. In the holiday village there is a common laundry room with washing machines available to customers at a cost of €5.00 per wash (customers must bring their own detergent).

**Location**  
Casalborsetti. The bungalow is located in a holiday complex, on a enclosed garden plot, bordered by a fence. The accommodation has a fenced garden in the neighbourhood that can accommodate up to 3 pets, two of which are included in the price. Each additional pet costs €10.00 per day. Parking (for 1 car). A parking lot in the area (not directly in front of the holiday apartment). Another parking lot in front of the complex on request possible. Only on arrival and departure on Saturday the access to the holiday apartment for loading and unloading in the area is allowed.

air conditioning. **Facilities:** baby cot, high chair and internet access (WLAN). TV reception takes place via satellite. TV fee.

**Ground floor**: **Living room** with 2 additional beds on couch/sofa, TV, dining area, access to the terrace (covered, garden furniture, parasol) and the sofa bed and the bunk bed are located in the living room, slightly separated from the kitchen. **Bedroom** with 1 double bed. **Cooking nook** **in the living room** with gas stove (4 flames), extractor hood, fridge, microwave, coffee machine and The coffee machine is a moka pot. A kettle can be requested at reception for a deposit of €20, which will be refunded to the customer when the kettle is returned. **Bathroom** with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
