![Outside of Charleston is the Caw Caw Nature Preserve. It was a rice plantation that is now open to the public with walking trails, benches, and an information center. There is an abundance of wildlife including alligators, snakes, and birds. We did not see any gators when we were there but we did see a few snakes and a ton of birds! Entrance to the park is either free or a dollar USD. « Our host was great at communicating before and during our stay. The unit was bright and comfortable. We used the oven and microwave to make a couple of our meals. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows and bedding. We spent time sitting outside on the 2nd floor porch and used the laundry facilities..The building is an easy, quick walj to the beach. And an easy walk to the main street. »

« The condo was just great! There was enough space for the four of us to relax after sightseeing. The kings sized beds were super comfy with lots of pillows. And soft sheets. One room had a memory foam mattress and the other was a traditional coil spring. We were in “D”. The location was awesome. Of course we picked the hottest week of the year to visit so we didn’t take advantage of the lovely outdoor area, but maybe next time. Will stay here again. »

"Très bel hôtel boutique avec une décoration charmante. Le s espaces publiques sont magnifiques et les chambres décorées avec goût réflétant l’esprit du sud-est américain. Bon petit déjeuner goûteux mais pas très élaboré. Personnel aimable et serviable. La localisation de l’hôtel est excellente. Deux de nos restaurants favoris de Charleston sont situés en face de l’hôtel: Magnolias et Amen Street Fish & Seafood. Pour ces différentes raisons, je recommande sans réserve cet hôtel de charme."
