A cozy, rustic 1 br/1b cabin located 1/2 mile from a popular atv park and 30 min from Hugo lake. The cabin features large front porch to relax and enjoy the Beautiful view. There is a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is open to the living area that has plenty of seating with a queen sleeper sofa, love seat and chair to relax and watch the 55” flat screen television after a long day of adventure. The bedroom has a queen size bed including linens with flat screen tv. The cabin is very nice and clean and has everything you will need during your stay except for your food, drinks and maybe a blanket or two, but it is so well insulated that you probably can get by without one. The cabin is very comfy and very well designed and decorated. It was also more or less secluded, which is what we were looking for in our COVID-19 times as they are right now. Bryce was very responsive to any questions or concerns as well, which was very appreciated. It was very warm, so we didn't hike or anything, but it was right in the area as well. If we head up that way again, we would definitely consider staying here. I know it says 4 can stay there, but I'm not sure how it would work as the only bedroom doesn't have a door for some privacy, but from other reviews, people have done it, maybe with kids. The only small items we wish were different were: \* we had problems locking the door with the electronic lock \* the air conditioning vent in the kitchen area is almost right where you stand in the kitchen (or sit on one side of the table) \* the kitchen table seats were very uncomfortable (but cute table design) \* we wished there was a coffee table or some folding small card tables to put in front of the couch to set drinks or play games. ##### Nancy C. We spent four days relaxing, hiking, exploring and enjoying the wildlife in surrounding areas. Place was an hour from every place we wanted to visit. Need to go hunting & fishing in the near!! We made great trip fun. The Endangered Ark Foundation is in Hugo (30mins) and you can be right next to Elephants. Swim at Lilly Road - Swim Beach. Then spend the rest of our time in Hochatown/Broken Bow with ziplines, go karts, putt putt, river walks, animal rescue petting zoo & jumping in the lake!! If I’d change anything it would be to distance our place from the ATV park. Would be fun for just me & husband, but not fun to quiet the kids for bed... all around great fun. Would do it, again!! We were able to ride directly to the park, about 1 mile. The owner responded to questions immediately using the app and by texting. I slept on the sleeper sofa and it was very comfortable.
