Property Summary  
You are considering Villa Albina, a beautiful and comfortable two-story villa surrounded by trees in the hamlet of Skitača, Croatia. Located 20 km from Rabac and 15 km from the center of Labin, this vacation rental offers a quiet and sunny elevated position in the countryside, just 5 km from the sea and beaches. The villa boasts a well-kept 400 m2 garden with a lawn and an angular swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 90 - 145 cm, available seasonally from May 4 to September 14) with an internal staircase. Relax on the terrace, enjoy the garden furniture, and savor a barbecue meal. Inside, you'll find internet access, air conditioning, and a washing machine.  
  
Outdoors  
The villa's private and well-maintained 400 m2 garden offers a serene outdoor space with a lush lawn, perfect for relaxation and outdoor activities. The highlight of the outdoor area is the angular swimming pool, measuring 10 x 5 m with a depth ranging from 90 to 145 cm. The pool is available seasonally from May 4 to September 14 and features an internal staircase for easy access. Enhance your outdoor experience with the provided garden furniture and a convenient barbecue area, ideal for al fresco dining.

Unit Layout  
The villa comprises a spacious 5-room layout spanning 220 square meters across two levels. The lower level features a beautifully furnished living and dining area with an open-hearth fireplace (decorative only), satellite TV, DVD player, and air conditioning. The living area opens out to a terrace. Additionally, this level includes one room with two single beds (80 cm, 190 cm length), an open kitchen equipped with four hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, microwave, and freezer, as well as a separate toilet. The upper level boasts two rooms, each with a French bed (160 cm, 190 cm length), a shower, bidet, toilet, and air conditioning. Both rooms provide access to the terrace. Furthermore, there is an additional room on this level with two single beds (80 cm, 190 cm length) and air conditioning, along with a bathroom featuring a bath, bidet, and toilet.  
  
Amenities Included  
The villa offers a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable vacation experience. Air conditioning is available throughout the property, providing relief during warmer weather. A washing machine is provided for your convenience. Outdoor cooking and dining are made possible with the inclusion of a barbecue. For entertainment, the villa features a dishwasher, satellite TV, microwave, and television. The maximum capacity of the villa is eight guests, with four bedrooms and three bathrooms available.

The villa boasts an impressive outdoor living area, including a large 40-square-meter roofed terrace, as well as two smaller terraces.
