Ein sehr tolles Ferienhaus. Ideal für 10 Personen, also z. B. eine größere Familie oder Urlaub mit Freunden. Wir waren als 2 Familien und ein Paar unterwegs und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hat für uns alles rundum gepasst. Ich kann dieses Ferienhaus nur empfehlen!Highlights waren der überdachte Freisitz direkt neben der unteren Eingangstür, den wir sehr ausgiebig genutzt haben, natürlich der teilweise überdachte Pool (sehr ideal in der Mittagshitze, da man sich in den schattigen Bereich zurückziehen kann) und die überdachte Außenküche. Diese konnte zudem als weiterer Rückzugsort (im Freien) genutzt werden, wenn jemand etwas mehr Ruhe wollte. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht (auch einem Wasserkocher) und es gibt ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck. In der Außenküche gibt es nochmals Geschirr, Besteck und Gläser und ein Spülbecken, so dass man nicht alles hin- und hertragen muss.Sehr sehr nett war auch der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin (eine sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Frau) und die Geschenke, die wir zur Begrüßung und zum Abschied bekommen haben!Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, da es praktisch nur Anwohnerverkehr gibt. Zum Meer sind es nur ca. 150m, so dass man nichteinmal ein Handtuch mitnehmen muss. Das Wasser ist erstaunlich klar.Sveta Marina liegt etwas abseits und ist durch eine schmale, kurvige und teilweise sehr steile Straße erschlossen. So braucht man für die kurze Fahrt nach Labin doch ca. 20 Minuten.Tipp: Wie in südl. Ländern üblich gibt es zum Zudecken im Doppelbett nur ein großes Laken für beide. Wer sich den nächtl.
