Jun 8, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Mooi, rustig gelegen vakantiehuis en leuke uitstapjes We hebben een heerlijk ontspannen vakantie gehad met het fijne huis Marije-Lorena als uitvalsbasis.De sympathieke gastvrouw en -heer, Lorena en Fredi, ontvingen ons uiterst hartelijk en stonden ons wanneer gewenst met raad en daad terzijde gedurende onze vakantie.Rond het huis is een mooie, grote omheinde tuin, ook voor onze hond heel fijn om rond te kunnen scharrelen.Direct vanuit huis is het goed wandelen over de rustige grindweggetjes temidden van het groen.Mooie wandelingen hebben we verder gemaakt over de lange boulevard bij Rabac, het Sentonina Staza tussen Labin en Rabac en de mooie Lungomare Promenade langs de Kvarnerbaai. Wir waren hier mit 3 Erwachsenen + Hund und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Das Grundstück ist ein Traum, fand auch unser Hund der sich hier bei der Weitläufigkeit austoben konnte. Die Vermieterin Lorena war super nett und zuvor kommend. Wir haben viele Tipps für unseren Urlaub erhalten inkl. kleinem Willkommens-Geschenk! Das Haus ist zwar etwas abgelegen, so dass wir immer mit Auto unterwegs waren, aber das hat uns nicht weiter gestört, da man durch die Aussicht und Ruhe belohnt wurde! Für uns war es genau das was wir wollten. Von der Terrasse/dem Garten hat man einen herrlichen Blick in die Landschaft. Zu dem Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthalts war auf dem Nebengelände eine Schafherde auf der Weide, die man natürlich blöken hört, was wir persönlich jeoch eher als entspannend und nicht als störend empfunden haben. Ein Auto ist aufgrund der Lage schon sehr zu empfehlen. Besonders zu erwähnen sind die sehr netten Gastgeber, die uns persönlich begrüßt haben und eine Flasche selbstgemachten Wein geschenkt haben und zum Abschied gab es neben lieben Grüßen noch einen selbstgemachten Likör. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen (sogar ein kleiner Willkommensgruß hat auf uns gewartet). Lorena und Fredi haben sich sehr um uns bemüht und waren immer ansprechbar (vielen Dank dafür!). Mit viel Liebe zum Detail haben sie ein kleines Paradies geschaffen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Es liegt ideal für die Erkundung der istrischen Halbinsel und für Wanderungen bzw. Radausflüge. Ein Wanderpfad führt in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hauses vorbei. Doch auch Besuche am Meer sind ohne weiteres möglich und zu sehr zu empfehlen. Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr liebevoll gepflegt. Wir waren sofort im Urlaub angekommen und konnten uns sehr gut erholen. Neben den Sonnenliegen haben wir die gut ausgestattete Küche, den Grill und die zahlreichen Sitzgelegenheiten im Freien sehr genossen. Die Fotos vermitteln einen guten Eindruck des Hauses. Nur ca. 45 min. zum herrlichen Aussichtsberg Ostri mit beeindruckendem Ausblick auf die Kvarner Bucht (nach der Bora mit Blick von Rijeka bis Pula. Aufgrund der Höhenlage angenehm kühleres Klima. Schöne mittelalterliche Stadt Labin in 10 min. Entfernung mit dem Auto. Herrliche Buchten mit kristallklarem Wasser zwischen Koromacno (Kieswerk) und Campingplatz Tunerica. Sehr schöner Außen-Essplatz mit offenem Kamin und Grillmöglichkeit. Sonne von morgens bis abends auf dem Grundstück. Schöne helle Schlafzimmer. im Obergeschoss. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen inmitten üppiger Natur. Nach unseren Wanderausflügen verweilten wir jeweils im herrlichen grossen Garten. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Auch der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr herzlich, wir wurden sogar mit selbstgemachtem Wein und frischem Wildspargel beschenkt. Toller Urlaub! Dieses Objekt ist für all diejenigen etwas, die gerne die Ruhe genießen und viel Natur um sich haben wollen. Das Haus ist ausgesprochen schön, geschmack- und stilvoll eingerichtet und bietet sämtlichen Komfort, den man braucht (auch wen wir das TV-Gerät nicht angemacht hatten :-)). Der Garten ist sehr groß und man kann hier und auch auf der Terrasse ausgesprochen gut entspannen. Eine umfangreiche, überdachte Sitzgelegenheit gibt es auch beim Grillkamin, den wir zwei mal in Verwendung hatten. Vielen Dank auch an die liebe Gastfreundschaft der Besitzerin, die uns mit "selbstgemachtem" Wein, Käse und Schinken bewirtet und unserer kleinen Tochter ein Schoko-Osterei geschenkt hat! Jun 19, 2015 #### Urlaub zum Wohlfühlen in der Natur Ein gepflegtes Steinhaus mit großem und schönem Garten allein mitten in der Natur, sehr ruhig und idyllisch gelegen. Geschmackvoll ausgestattet mit einigen antiken Möbeln, Fliegengittern an den Fenstern und guten Matratzen (entspannter Schlaf garantiert; mit Nachtigallengesang im Hintergrund). Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Vorhandene Klimaanlage haben wir trotz Hitze nicht benötigt. Immer gutes Klima im Haus. Sat.TV auch mit deutschen Programmen. Empfangen mit Blumen und Holunderblütensirup und verabschiedet mit hausgemachten Spezialitäten wie grüner Wildspargel und eingelegtem Käse (besonders lecker das frische selbstgebackene Brot) loben wir die Freundlichkeit der Eigentümerfamilie. Gute Betreuung und wertvolle Hinweise für Restaurants, Strände, Ausflüge. Cafe Velo in Altstadt von Labin und Restaurant Vale Vista mit herrlichem Meerblick in Rabac können wir empfehlen. Der schöne Strand in Ravni hat uns besonders gut gefallen, zu erreichen nach 20 min. landschaftlich schöner Autofahrt. Altstadt von Rovinj war toller Ausflug. Wir hatten 2 Wochen Sonne pur und haben nachmittags im schönen Häuschen relaxt, sind super erholt und kommen ganz sicher wieder. ##### Susanne H. Dazu ausgesprochen liebenswerte Gastgeber.
