This elegant Tuscan-style villa features 4 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and bright common areas, ideal for a family holiday or a getaway with friends.  
The highlight of the property is the private infinity pool (10 x 5 m²) surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden, offering breathtaking views of the sea and unspoiled nature. For unforgettable summer evenings, guests can enjoy the stone-built outdoor fireplace with a dining table and chairs – the perfect setting for relaxation and gatherings.  
Beaches and restaurants are only 5 km away, while the charming town of Labin is just 17 km away, offering cultural attractions and authentic local cuisine.
