Villa Lorena is a semi-detached house nestled in the hamlet of Knapići, just 12 km from the vibrant town of Labin in Pazin, Croatia. This two-story vacation rental offers a private 1,000 m2 property with a wildlife garden, perfect for enjoying the great outdoors. Guests can relax on the terrace or savor grilled delights at the barbecue area. The property boasts convenient amenities such as internet WiFi, a washing machine, and parking for two cars.

Immerse yourself in the scenic beauty of the villa's surroundings. The property features a sprawling 1,000 m2 wildlife garden, providing a tranquil escape amidst nature's embrace. Enjoy alfresco dining on the terrace or fire up the barbecue for a delightful outdoor culinary experience.

The property is conveniently located just 3 km from the sea and a pebble beach, offering easy access to the azure waters and coastal delights. Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a 3-room semi-detached house with a total area of 100 square meters, spread over two levels. The living room is equipped with satellite TV and air conditioning, and has an exit leading to the terrace. The kitchen comes with various appliances, including a hot plate, oven, dishwasher, three gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. It also has a dining table. There is a shower and a separate toilet on the same floor. On the upper floor, you will find two bedrooms: one with a French bed measuring 200 cm in length, satellite TV, and air conditioning, with an exit to the balcony. The second bedroom also has a French bed, measuring 160 cm in length and 200 cm in length, along with satellite TV.  
  
Amenities Included  
During your vacation, you can enjoy a range of amenities, including a balcony spanning 8 square meters, a terrace covering 20 square meters, terrace furniture, balcony furniture, and deck chairs. You will also have a partial view of the sea from the property. Additionally, the house is equipped with an iron and a hair dryer. Complimentary WiFi internet access is provided, allowing you to stay connected throughout your stay. Please note that this is a non-smoking house.

The property offers a comfortable living space with various modern amenities to ensure a pleasant vacation experience. The living room provides a cozy area for relaxation, while the well-equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals conveniently.
