« Chambre propre et spacieuse, ménage quotidien par une équipe gentille et au petit soin. Accueil chaleureux : Merci MAHMOUD !! Tout le personnel de l’hôtel est gentil et attentionné. Ils se plient en quatre pour vous satisfaire. Ce n’est pas notre première en Égypte et pourtant….MERCI! Nous avons pris les excursions avec l’hôtel. Il est vrai que c’est un peu plus cher mais nous avons traité en VIP!! Je recommande. Quelques petits rafraîchissements au niveau du Spa et dans certains endroits de...

« Personnes très professionnelles, polis, accueillantes et réactives à toutes demandes et à n'importe quelle heure. Nourriture très variées et bonnes. E dehors du énorme buffets (3x par jour), 2 restaurants supers à disposition. Chambre spacieuse (un peu ancienne mais très bien entretenue). Petits cadeaux à chaque fois que la chambre était nettoyée (pâtisserie, fruits, etc.). Pas mal d'activités à disposition. Salon de beauté super chouette, personnes géniales. Salon de massage au niveau...

« The hotel is in the middle if Naama Bay but it was very quiet and peaceful inside. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The front reception manager said if I didn’t mind waiting 20minutes I could have a poolside room. While I waited the staff brought me a welcome drink of fresh Hibiscus juice. « On a passé 5 nuit à l’hôtel et c’était super. Le personnel était très professionnel et en service 24/24\. Les chambres sont propres, les piscines aussi. Il y’avait 4 restaurants et 3 bar on a tout testé c’est bon et propre. Très bien localisé propre du centre et du centre de la ville »

« Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer könnte komfortabler eingerichtet sein. Das Essen war abends am besten. Mittagessen war OK aber das Frühstück war jeden Tag gleich. Hygiene ist eine Sache aber der Geruch im Hauptrestaurant war kaum auszuhalten. Starker Putzmittel Geruch. Animation hätte auch besser sein können. Es gab leider nur 2 mal Abends eine Animation für Erwachsene »

"Chambre propre et spacieuse, ménage quotidien par une équipe gentille et au petit soin. Accueil chaleureux : Merci MAHMOUD !! Tout le personnel de l’hôtel est gentil et attentionné. Ils se plient en quatre pour vous satisfaire. Ce n’est pas notre première en Égypte et pourtant….MERCI! Nous avons pris les excursions avec l’hôtel. Il est vrai que c’est un peu plus cher mais nous avons traité en VIP!! Je recommande. Quelques petits rafraîchissements au niveau du Spa et dans certains endroits de l’hôtel car c’est quand même un Marriott?! Et une amélioration au niveau des snacks et goûters. Il est également dommage d’avoir des extras à payer dans les restaurants sur réservation lorsqu’on est en All inclusive. "
