Great place to stay,
An excellent stay! Lovely rooms, great food options, friendly staff and a beautiful setting. Plenty to do in the surrounding area too. We will definitely return - a great weekend escape easily accessed from Abu Dhabi for us.

All-inclusive package is everything but
2 nights on the all inclusive package had us completely sick of the same buffet each day. Very little changed from meal to meal, drinks are extremely limited and snacks are not available between meals. For an all inclusive stay - THIS IS NOT A GOOD OPTION.

Property was nice and the rooms were large! Restaurant and shisha lounge were good. Be careful of their payment system which may charge you multiple times after you have paid for your accommodations.

Always a great value for dollar experience when staying at this property. Great staff, ideal location, property needs upgrading. But they're working on it.... Big thanks for Hany at the Front Desk for the complimentary Breakfast upgrade and Jennifer for the quick and efficient Check in.

Hilton hamra beach resort stay jan 2020
We were very excited all family to have this much awaited short break. However hotel requested for entry IDs for all family and i had to drive back my home 2.5hrs drive to get ID cards (though i had presented my ID card and shown them softcopy of family IDs) which caused some issues and wasted few hours. Alsahamal restaurant dinner was 5/10. Breakfast was 7/10. Overall stay was 7/10.

Good location with nice view but need to improve
On our first day we could not get towels. We asked many times between 3 pm to 5 pmbut the answer was they do not have any clean towels. We reported the incident to the management who promised to deliver the towels to our rooms and they did that on the following days. The buffet was good in breakfast and bbq dinner. However, the italian dinner was not good at all. Limited choices with long line to get pasta.

Room was a good size, resort facilities were good. Staff were very helpful (especially Veronika). Check-in could have been faster but it was extremely busy when we arrived. Food was slightly disappointing - lacked variety and a touch bland. Not bad but we expected better.

A Wonderful Holiday !!

The location is sensational! We played golf @ Al Hamra on Wednesday evening under the lights, and played golf again on Thursday. Ate at Trader Vic's which was sensational! We had a garden view room which was quiet and very cozy. I have stayed here before and I will most definitely stay here again!

When I went there, They gave me a far far away Room, and it was Not on the Garden View . and they promise me to move to. A news Room on the garden View tomorrow early Morning!!!! until 4PM keep calling them and kept telling me we are cleaning the Room!!! when I took that room i asked them to Clean it one more time!

The staff we came across were very nice especially Vrun in the restaurant,he was most respectful and was very customer friendly. We did feel check in could be better,we arrived late in the evening and the desk was six deep in customers with one poor girl trying to look after everyone,after a very long flight and transfer this was not what we expected,there was no welcome drink no greeting ,very disappointed.

Worst Experience at Hilton Hamra RAK
Very dirty and smelly room and corridor, and Houskeeping is the worst service ever, bed line is satined and ripped, towels very dark colour and smelly, not good service, we request for hair dryer, they brought it full of sticky glue and its broken, it's not safe to use at all. So we have to keep complaining about this service, no action. Not worthy at all

Great facilities for kids. Good pools, good playground for up to 10yo. Kids club was focussed on younger kids - our 6yo son and 9yo daughter weren’t interested in any of the activities so didn’t use it. Football pitch was used a lot. Beach was gravelly but long.

It has see better days. The main pool is small and was crowded with a big group, so no one else could use it. The restaurants are a bit of a disaster and I would say F&B needs a big revamp! I would not go back.

The hotel is clean. In the layout of the hotel it stated two bedroom. But it was tow beds not bedrooms. Also,I included in my stay breakfast and dinner. The breakfast was good, however the lunch was below expectation and I had to pay extra for drinks, such as regular water and soda

The Hotel and facilities were excellent. All the staff were very efficient, friendly, helpful and courteous. That is everybody from the front desk staff, the restaurant staff, the beach & poolside staff, the bar staff, the commissionaires and anybody else I have missed. They all made our stay at Hilton Al Hamra Beach & Golf Resort so very memorable. They even put a surprise cake in our room on my birthday which was a lovely thoughtful touch. The Golf Course is also in wonderful condition and although rather expensive it is worth it. The only small criticism is that there was no discounted green fees for the guests of the hotel, but this certainly won't prevent me from returning to this wonderful place.

An amazing hotel because of the amazing hard working and friendly staff. The hotel, for sure could do with some room modernisation and some work on the bathrooms and interior decor - this are minor points. Nothing is ever a problem for the staff and were always responsive. I was appalled at the way some guests treated staff who did their job with joy and with a smile. We would definitely go back there again. Good food Beach is lovely as were the pools Access to local mall with food court Golf course on door step - be ready for UAE prices though. But worth a round or two One recommendation though for the hotel - be ready for those with allergies to foods as this will be very common in time to come. Although this was not a problem for us massively, it would be worth some bespoke staff training and development
