Everyday was like a dream. The staff at Nautilus are brilliant. Waka collected us from the airport, gave us some island tips and also took us to a local rugby game! Mahea, Tia and Doniel at the reception were always warm, welcoming and helpful. Make sure you go and see Anna at the spa - she is excellent at massage, facial and pedicure! Justine, Rho and Calessi were great in the restaurant. The stand out staff member for us was Janet. Each and every time Janet saw us she made us feel like family. Nothing was ever too much trouble and she looked after us spectacularly. Nautilus are lucky to have her! Brilliant spot on Muri Beach with access to kayaks, snorkels and paddle boards. Staff were very helpful. View from room was stunning but water near beach was very rocky. Resort offers weddings but has only one restaurant so on wedding days other guests are only offered room service and restricted use of other areas. Only one day of our stay was affected but there were two more weddings in the week after we left. Had we known well in advance we would have cancelled and booked another resort. An intimate resort comprised of small semi detached bungalows equipped with their own plunge pools we never felt it was too crowded and the service from every staff member was first class. Special mention must go to Janet and Justin who were our two most regular servers in the restaurant - they were friendly and seemed genuinely interested in what we were planning to do or how our day had gone and when we left they felt like good friends.
