Instructions should come with your reservations. To check into Fierrenpark Eichenwald, you must check in at Fierrenpark Fynuss, two properties down the street. "Spontan gebucht und Silvester ruhig verbracht. Unsere Unterkunft war gemütlich, sauber und hatte alles um sich wohl zu fühlen.Wer wirklich Ruhe und Erholung möchte, ist hier absolut richtig. Den Countdown ins neue Jahr haben wir am Strand fernab vom Trubel gefeiert. Toll war es auch früh aus dem Fenster zuzuschauen wie die Pferde auf die Koppel gelassen wurden.Auch wenn wir nur ein sehr kurzen Besuch hatten, kommen wir wieder!Vielen Dank für das tolle Juwel."

"Room wasn’t ready until well after 6pm. If you allow late checkout on a Sunday then resource the cleaning schedule properly to allow the next guests to get in on time, OR DON’T OFFER A LATE CHECKOUT ON A SUNDAY - it’s really that simple! “Room not ready yet, come back at 4”, “room not ready yet, come back at 5 ‘if you’re lucky” WT actual \*\*\*k!? Then the cleaner took our dog bowl - why would you do that!? Messaged them twice to see if we could pick it up on the way back from our onward journey but they didn’t even have the decency to reply. Really good facility, but unfortunately it would appear that the management couldn’t run a bath, never mind a hotel. A real shame!"
