It is centrally located amongst all the attractions that western South Dakota has to offer. What guests love about our listing: ➥Centrally located between Mt. Rushmore, Badlands National Park, Custer State Park, Wind Cave National Park, and all the other attractions in the area. ➥King bed in master bedroom ➥Whirlpool tub ➥Elementary school playground located directly across the street ➥Professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest ➥Covered patio that is perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. ➥Free in-suite laundry ➥Off street parking ➥Easy self check-in via secure door keypad ➥Fast Wi-Fi on our 50 inch Roku TVs What some guests don't love about our listing: ➥There is an outdoor warning siren located at the elementary school across the street. It is tested on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month at noon and is quite loud. Our home sleeps 8 guests with 1 king bed and 3 queen beds. ➥All beds complete with fresh sheets changed between each guest ➥Extra sheets and pillows are provided in case they are needed Complimentary Wi-Fi, tea, and coffee. The kitchen is stocked with plates, glasses, silverware, cooking utensils, basic cookware, and all the standard kitchen appliances. Other details to note: \-Self check-in/keyless entry. Easily check yourself in with an electronic lock. Your code will be provided prior to your check-in time. \-Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the house with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7. \- This is NOT A PARTY HOME, any reservation found to have unregistered overnight guests in the home will be escorted off the property and the booking will immediately be cancelled with no refund. \- Primary renter must be 21+ years old and at least one person staying at the property must be at least 21 years old. \- Quiet time hours between 11 PM and 7 AM. \- No pets allowed in the home. \- No smoking of any kind (cigarette, marijuana or vaping) - a $250 fee will be charged if the property smells of smoke, or any evidence is found that smoking occurred inside the property. \- The maximum occupancy on this property is 8 people. Additional friends/family are allowed at the property during your stay but please make sure that all overnight guests are declared on the reservation. \- Additional cleaning fees may be applied if the house is left messy and unorderly. Please follow check out procedures prior to departure. \- Late check-out fee of $50 per hour will be applied if you have not vacated the property by the 10 AM check out unless prior permission is granted from the host. We weren’t looking for anything fancy or needing a spectacular view, a nice home that could accommodate my elderly parents, my daughter in law and grandson, myself, as well as my son that we came to visit. This home had a nice dining room space and plenty of rooms for all of us to rest comfortably. It was centrally located to everything we wanted to do. It is located in a quiet neighborhood.
