The neighborhood is sketchy, but if you're careful, you're ok. The biggest problem is the noise; it is located next to a major artery in and out of Rapid City and the traffic is constant and loud. The big trucks causes the entire unit to shake as if an earthquake is happening. It's a shame it isn't located somewhere else, because it really is a nice place.
