This breathtaking property is conveniently located just minutes from Rapid City along Highway 44, but once you step outside the home and take in the views of the canyon and the sounds of the creek, you'll feel as though you're deep in the woods. Hygge House is designed to embody the essence of "hygge," which signifies a quality of coziness and comfortable gathering, fostering a sense of contentment and well-being.   
Enter the home at ground level, which leads you to the dining, kitchen, and living room areas. There is also a full bathroom on this level. Moving to the upper level, you will find two bedrooms, another full bathroom, and laundry units. The primary bedroom has additional space for use as a reading area or office space. The second offers additional space that can be closed off with pocket doors that contain the twin bed and trundle bed.  
  
Enjoy the soothing sounds of the creek from the house, patio, or fire pit area. Take in the beautiful canyon views and breathe in the fresh Black Hills air! The property is located just minutes from hiking and biking trails. You can also head to the ski slopes, which are 36 miles away, or explore the many attractions of the Black Hills from this centrally located home.(Approved by Pennington County License Number: COVHRLIC24-0002)
