Une honte ! Plus jamais
Passez devant mais ne vous y arrêtez surtout pas ! La chambre peu confortable bien que grande quand même , le lit je sentais les ressorts, le radiateur ( en hiver quand même ) fait un boucan ! Quand je leurs ai signaler, on m’a dit qu’il fallait le débrancher ! Mon mari s’est fait piquer 8 fois par des punaises 😱😱😱 il les as prises en photos pour montrer avec ses piqûres ! On attend le retour du service client ! Une petite piscine avec toboggan hors fonction. Et un jacuzzi sale et froid ! Pour le petit dej certes il est compris mais ce n’est pas transcendant Bref passez votre chemin il y a beaucoup mieux à rapid city !

I am sorry to hear about your about your husbands bites. We did break the room down and inspect it. There was no evidence of any kind. We will of course have the room treated to be on the safe side. I have my maintenance man working to figure out the noise from the heater. I wish you would have told us while you were in house so we could have corrected the problem immediately.

Barely any people staying when we checked in, pool was down for maintenance but looked horrible and dirty. Room was not ready upon check in because housekeeping didn’t clean it yet. Felt very unsafe, we turned around and did not stay there.

Good: the room was fairly clean and a decent size. Bad: firstly the room was quite dark, not much lighting. There wasn’t many options for breakfast, on the first morning there were no bread and the waffle machine did not have the correct top to pour it out. So I only opted for coffee (though no sugar). Finally when I returned from a long day (approximately 6pm) my key card was not working. No one was at reception. I called the phone that’s there (three times) but no one answered. I waited 15minutes for someone to finally come.

After the checkin guy had to go try to find a room that was ready. He put me in a queen room (I paid for a king) When I got to the room it was clearly dirty. There was a dirty a tip laying at the base of the bed and there was a wrapper on the bathroom counter so clearly the room was not cleaned.

Highly recommend you stay clear of this hotel! I had booked 3 rooms for the night. In one of the rooms the lights would not work. In another, the lights were on when we walked in and room was still dirty. The other room had a hole in the door that looked to be from a big knife getting stabbed into it, no towels, and garbage still in the garbage cans (feminine products). The hotel pictures online showed clean rooms with a great pool. The pool was closed due to maintenance issues and nowhere did it state the pool was out of order when booking online. There were people just sitting out in the hallways and made you feel not safe. Choose a different hotel!!!

I liked the fact that there was a hundred dollar deposit that they didn't mention in the ad or the fact that the pool wasnt working with they didn't divolge until after I booked and paid for in advance and still haven't got my money back for so not a great experience sorry

Mattresss both had nasty stains on them. Outside door would not latch, had to use deadbolt to keep door shut. Walls are paper thin people were slamming door and kids were running up and down the halls. Other guest were using **a lot** of marijuana. Overall property felt unsafe, but I was super cheap.

The staff was very nice. & when i went to my room. It was trashed.it was never cleaned. The guy that was supposed to clean rooms didn't from the previous people. The young. Man was very nice & handle the situation very professionally. Room on 3rd floorwas recently remodeled & was good. 1 & 2 floor trashed.

Worst hotel
This hotel apparently has a no maintenance policy. Heater in our room didn’t work, there were clumps of hair throughout the room, fridge didn’t work, hot tub didn’t work and slide is “out of order”. Also if you want a contact high just ride the elevator to the 3rd floor. The “private office” right by the elevator should do the trick.

Property is currently under new management and you can see the upgrades they are making. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent. Quick easy check in and check out process. Very Clean.

We looked at our room and we left. They had hangers holding the dresser upright so the drawers didn’t open. It didn’t work, because the drawers kept sliding out. The bed had seen better days. The entire property smelled like an ashtray, the pool was small and looked disgusting. We walked across the parking lot to the holiday inn express and got a room over there.

Not worth the money or stress
Made the reservation for 2 suites a week in advance and even called 2 days before our reserved stay to confirm the booking and asked if tyere were any other fees or details I should know. Was told the reservation was confirmed and that was it. The day we checked in, was told there is $150.00 deposit required for each room! That was not any where on this web site and I was not told when I called 2 days before. I was also told that no pets were allowed at all. Fine. The front desk clerk then told us the list of rules. Absolutely no smoking of any kind in any of the rooms or inside the facility, doing do would forfeit the deposit. Any thing taken from the room would automatically forfeit the deposit. If the room was left with an excess amount of trash, destroyed or any type of excessive mess, the deposit would be forfeited. I agreed and stated that none of those would be qn issue for my family. We entered through the door closest to one of the rooms, both of which being on the 2nd floor. As we made our way up the stairs, the smell of Marijuana was unmistakable. By the time we made it to the door of our room, thats all we could smell. Even into the room it was extremely strong. The one suite had more a few issues. The handle for the shower was so loose it was almost impossible to adjust the temperature for the water. The light over the microwave did not work at all. One lamp was missing the knob to turn it on and off. Many more issues with the room. Will never stay here again

This was a very horrible experience as soon as you walk into that hotel. It's not like marijuana all the way through. The hallways were filthy. We went into our room and only 2 of the lights in the Room we're working. We looked around for about 4 minutes and we left.

The hotel showed signs of usage over the years. However, it was kept clean. The desk staff was accommodating. The hotel was in a good location for dining and shopping options while being less cost than the more luxury based hotels. It was a comfortable stay for a night. Continental breakfast was very basic, but again the hotel was close to dining options. Parking was plentiful.

There were a lot of things out of order due to lack of maintenance. Got locked out our room due to faulty lock. Staff was helpful getting us back in. Room was not very clean. Still haven’t seen my bill for our stay. Hope to receive it soon to see if it is correct as the person ahead of me in line had been over charged

Dirty, out dated, broken or missing items, breakfast was a joke. Ran out of food and said there was no more. Went to check out and lady behind the desk put up a helping other customers sign and then I saw her sitting outside the front door smoking. Very unprofessional and uncaring. Plus my husband's wallet went missing.
