This comfortable and well-equipped main-floor unit is just across the street from shared access to Torch Lake. Ideal for a couple, small family, or a quiet retreat, the home offers the perfect mix of privacy, convenience, and access to northern Michigan’s natural beauty. Boat launch onto Torch Lake is directly adjacent. Spend the day on the water or unwind by the fire pit—this is the perfect base for a relaxing getaway. The Space: This listing is for the main-level unit of a two-unit home. The space is private and includes approximately 1,000 sq ft of living area: \- Bedroom 1: 1 Queen Bed \- Bedroom 2: 1 Double Bed (located in a sleeping porch) \- Fully equipped kitchen with Frigidaire appliances (range, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher) \- Washer and dryer (located in the bathroom) \- Smart TV (Samsung, no cable) \- Dining area and comfortable living space Guest Access: Guests have private access to the entire main-floor unit, including a separate entrance, full kitchen, bathroom, laundry, and living spaces.
