Maintenance aside from emergencies will only be able to be tended to during business hours, 8am-5pm 2\. It is a \`must\` to read the entire listing description and the house rules of our property. No unregistered guests/visitors unless preapproved 4\. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10PM and always be respectful of the neighbors. 5\. For noise complaints: 6.1 If we receive any noise complaints from neighbors, a security guard will be called out to the property at a cost of $85 to guests for the first call-out. 6.2\. If security is called a second time during your stay, you will be charged a $250 fee and be removed from the premises with no refund of your stay. 7\. No smoking anywhere in this house. If we find evidence of smoking anywhere in the house, you will be charged $300 for extra cleaning. 8\. Follow state laws when using a fire pit. Please make sure not to leave fires unattended. 9\. If bringing a pet: 10.1 We don\`t allow puppies (less than 1 year old), German shepherds, or huskies. No cats allowed. 10.2 A pet fee of $75 is required.
