If any issues arise during your stay, it’s essential to communicate with us promptly. Good communication between the guest and host is critical to ensuring a smooth and successful stay. If security is called a second time during your stay, you will be charged a $250 fee and be removed from the premises with no refund of your stay. 8\. No smoking anywhere in this house. If we find evidence of smoking anywhere in the house, you will be charged $300 for extra cleaning. 9\. The Host is not responsible for items left behind.
