This cozy, comfortable, and bright house ☀️ is perfect for a holiday with family or friends.  
It features a spacious living room with integrated kitchen and access to a beautiful terrace 🌿, ideal for relaxing outdoors.  
One double bedroom, one with bunk beds, a modern bathroom 🚿, air conditioning ❄️, and private parking (height 1.90 m - width 2.10 m).  
A perfect nest in the Ligurian Riviera! 🏖️
