Lots of outdoorsy stuff to do nearby. Would be nice to be closer to the lake and would be nicer to have a better swimming area, bc there are 4 docks there. The dock is also beside a house so when you go to the dock and someone is renting the house you feel like you are on their property. A little awkward. The living room is large enough for everyone to hang out in and the big windows let in plenty of natural light.
