Staff was helpful .Property inside was extremely clean . Only thing that needed tending to was the shower in our room but it wasn't terrible .

door key did not work. 3 attempts by me and then attempt by staff. Still did not work. (no elevator so each trip to desk was down and back up steps.) Still did not work on 2nd day of stay. Only book at last resort.
