"What a great house for our stay. Our family needed a home for Chapman graduation and this place worked out perfectly. Not only was there plenty of room for everyone, but we were surprised with how well appointed everything was. What a great surprise. The location was close to the campus and we walked to the Stack House for a great breakfast. We appreciated, and used, both the Keurig and the Nespresso coffee makers. And thanks for all of the snacks! It was so thoughtful. I would recommend this...

"Overall a great home in Anaheim, with plenty of beds (3 bedrooms, one master with queen/king, two others with bunks with a large lower bunk, one small master bath with small shower, another larger bathroom with larger tub/shower between the two bunk bedrooms, living room, kitchen, laundry area, rear covered patio and yard. Good for families, and in a pleasant area near Disneyland. Mostly quiet, just a little vehicle noise along Lewis St. at night. Mostly clean, except floor did turn the bottom...

"Thank you to our special hosts who didn't bat an eye when we had a simple question that could have been answered if we had taken a closer look at the guest book instructions. We shot them a message and within minutes they gave us a call! Super responsive, wi-fi worked great, the house was tidy and clean, and the "zen" experience in the backyard porch made for such a great game night."

"Cute place!! But no access to the beach. Not sure what is going on with the beach by the property but the back fence is broken and somewhat unsafe. Filthy floors. If you are planning to cook there in the spacious kitchen plan to not have the tools you will need."

"The beach house was perfect for a Newport Beach and Balboa island trip. The Wi-Fi is fast, the beds are comfy, the location is fantastic! I swear the cookware and kitchen necessities are the best we’ve had at a vrbo. You are about 1/2 block from beach and two blocks from balboa ferry. Coffee shops nearby, pier and late night cocktails!"

"The one bedroom/one bath was perfect for a few nights. My husband and I only stayed in the room just to shower and sleep as we explored all day. It’s a great center point to getting to the beaches or the Irvine Spectrum Center. It is in a quiet neighborhood so if you’re out in the big cities, it is nice to come back to a quiet spot. Mission Viejo/Laguna Woods is a nice place in of itself so this was worth the stay. Lily was kind and even introduced herself to us."

Property details list washer and dryer and designated parking spot, but washer and dryer are shared in the garage with other tenant and parking spot is one of two in the shared garage which is a tight squeeze. "Location is great to the beach, Disney and LA. Parking was tight and confusing as to which side of the garage was ours. Top floor gets the left side BTW. Get to the garage from the alley. Had an issue with the dish washer and it was fixed the same day. 👍 The beach chairs and toys were super helpful."

"While the beds are a little squeeky and fixtures/showers are a little dated, you can't beat the view. Fast internet with coverage throughout the house, plenty of hot water for showers for a family of 6, and a great welcoming package of snacks. Easy checkin/checkout, good comms with the host, nice to have a parking spot too. Great value!!"

"We chose this property because it is a convenient drive to the parks and airport. It is located in a nice neighborhood and the house is super cute. We did not rent a car but Ubers were super easy in the area and grocery stores were not too far of a walk. It was the perfect size for 2 adults."

"We didn't know what to expect but it is a beautiful facility. Sadly, the restaurant was closed during our stay but the room was spacious and clean. The bed wasn't as comfortable as I would have hoped but we did like that it had very comfortable furniture. Probably the star of the property is the garden, pool area. I really liked how much space there was to visit, play corn hole and grill."
