I called them one week before for make sure our room is in front of golf cause. and my husband went there 10am for make sure again so they said yes, we can get that. but when we came back to hotel, they told us to missing golf cause view room. because the hotel worker made mistake. after we got room and when we open that room, someone already in there. so we have to wait outside with our kids for getting new room. so terrible hotel never ever sews like this Marriott.

There were multiple flies in this condo. We must have killed 20 and there were still more coming. We called the front desk, they sent some guys that didn’t do anything, and then I never heard from the front desk again. The guys that came to the room said the front desk would contact me and they never did. I would not stay there or recommend that place again.

Our queen room was right next to the pool where the hotel blasted music starting around 8:00 am and no guests were out there using it. The pool staff was noisy as well. The biggest inconvience was no parking close to our room, we hauled our stuff across the lawn paths because we decided using a staff driven colf cart would take several trips due to lugage, coolers and bags of groceries. Lucky our room was on the ground level because there are no elevators. We switched to a King room for our third night stay and a staff member knocked on our door at 10:10 in the morning letting us know we had violated the check out time even though I have a Bonvoy membership we were still only given a half our to leave. I wouldnt stay there again, too many other options in PS.

Service was great. I liked my accommodations, though they were a bit older. The grounds were beautiful. The pool was perfect. Plenty of seating around the pool. Plenty of towels. No it is is not the same as a Westin Hotel as far as how nice the room was. But it was updated 2 years ago. The bedroom was great. Westin Heavenly beds are cloud like- no they don't have a lot of support... But they are heaven to sleep in for a few nights. Robes provided. A door from the bedroom and the living room on to the balcony. A kitchenette with a fridge, dishwasher, dishes, pots and a pan, dish soap, dish washer detergent, knives, little mini salt and pepper shakers, a full size coffee pot with tea and coffee, mini half and halfs, sugar etc. A washer and dryer with mini boxes of tide. My room had a blender as well though I wouldn't expect this for all as some people had toasters mentioned in reviews and mine did not (no big deal for me but I think appliances vary. you could probably ask though). Oh and a microwave of course. Lower rating on Cleanliness as when I came in the room I kept looking at the towels hanging in the bathroom like something isn't right- I did smell them and they were clean, bed was clearly made, but the next morning I noticed no sugar and coffee still in the bottom of the pot. I also didn't have dish soap (I didn't know this was to be expected yet). When the housekeeping lady came in and did things right I noticed. Service is every other day.

Travelled with our 2yo and 70yo mom. We enjoyed our stay here - it was clean, quiet, and had mostly what we needed and hoped for. I had read a few comments about noise issues and I can tell you they are no joke. I was worried about our kid making noise but I shouldn’t have - we had to call the desk on our first night for the room above stomping, jumping and running around at 11pm, keeping us all awake. It was absolutely terrible. The security team did respond and thankfully those guests left that night but wow, it was a very rough start to our stay. Our condo didn’t have any bedding for the pull out bed so we had to call for that (no big deal). It felt a little silly that they installed a dishwasher instead of an oven seeing as they only provided 4 of everything … im not sure we could fill a dishwasher even if we used every plate, bowl and utensil! An oven would have been nice. All in all though the condo was great and it was nice for our son to walk around the resort safely. The pool was nice. Spotless. Very helpful and kind staff. We hit a really quiet week I think as we often had the pool to ourselves or shared it with a handful of other folks. The kiddie pool was great for our 2yo, and we enjoyed the hot tub. Our son also enjoyed the small but much appreciated playground. Their one “restaurant” - aloe’s bar - closes at 5pm weeknights and 7pm on weekends. Kind of strange and not sure if that’s just a seasonal thing. A good stay. We’d probably return.

The coffee in the rooms/pool bar is horrible. Tap water is same - do yourself a favor and buy water. Very limited options for food within the resort. Only the pool bar was open with some basic breakfast (cold cereal, scrambled eggs, stale bagels). Lunch options were better, with the usual Mexican menu (tacos, burritos, etc), but that's it. For. the price it should've been better. The queen bed is really a double. An outrageous deposit is required upon checking in. Hopefully, they will return it. Otherwise, the pool was nice, the resort overall was kept clean, and the staff was kind and friendly. Location-wise, it's about 10-15 minutes to downtown Palm Springs. Some very good options for dining in Rancho Mirage, but make. sure to reserve ahead of time.

There are geese in pool everyday. There is also geese poop around the pool decks and the problem is not being controlled therefore getting in the pool as a human paying is problematic.

We stayed for the weekend for a Lacrosse tournament. Very comfortable villa that had everything we needed. Beds comfortable with plenty of blankets and pillows. My family also enjoyed the pool area. I can't say enough about the friendliness of the staff. Our stay was wonderful and will defiantly stay here again.

We have been at this resort 4-5 times already. It’s family friendly and has great amenities. The only issue that we had with our stay was that for some reason bathrobes were not provided as usual.
