Looking for the perfect desert golf and tennis getaway? You just found it at Rancho Las Palmas Country Club!  
  
This ground-level 3 bedroom 2 bath home has all the avid golf and tennis player could possibly ask for in a gated country club condominium. This home looks out on the 5th tee box of the South course of the stunningly beautiful Ted Robinson-designed 27-hole Palm Springs Golf Course that is the centerpiece of Rancho Las Palmas Country Club, with 6 lakes, 80 bunkers and over 1,500 palm trees.  
  
Tastefully decorated and well appointed, this spacious home offers vaulted ceilings, clerestory windows, tile floors and plenty of room for everyone. The living room features a large flat screen HDTV and huge sectional sofa, and opens out through glass sliders onto the patio and spectacular fairway view. The large well equipped kitchen and breakfast area also view the patio, barbecue grill and golf course. There is also a covered interior atrium patio off the dining area for added sunlight and privacy.  
  
The large master bedroom has a King size bed, 32 inch flat screen TV and a spacious private bathroom with walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms offer a Queen size bed and two Twin beds, flat screen TV, and share a full size hall bathroom. Please note that the Queen bedroom does not provide have TV or cable service.  
  
As a guest at Rancho Las Palmas Country Club, you’ll have access to the Clubhouse restaurant and lounge, as well as the spa, gym, golf and tennis. And you are a short drive to the Rancho Las Palmas Resort Hotel restaurants and Spa, as well as The River, Rancho Mirage’s popular dining, shopping and entertainment complex, just across the street.  
  
For golfers, three distinct nine-hole layouts add a unique flavor to every round played at Rancho Las Palmas. The month past quickly. We enjoyed hikes, visitor, shopping, star gazing, watching golfers. We picked citrus fruit. We even volunteered at The Living Desert a few times.

#### Great location

We came to Palm Springs for a wedding and this condo/house in Rancho Mirage had a great location. We were 20 -30 min from every place we wanted to visit (downtown, art museum, tramway, golf courses). Actually, there is a golf course and pool within the condo! The house is well equipped. It was nice that the kitchen has spices, oil, etc which is very annoying to buy when you rent for a few days. Overall, great experience, and we highly recommend this place.

#### Everything worked more or less. A few lights worked randomly.

The wiring in the condo needs to be replaced (I think). The light in the master shower room worked rarely. However the skylight offered sufficient light to use the shower. The kitchen was well equipped but old. The living area was open and inviting with plenty of seating. There was still danger of being hit by golf balls despite the screen at one corner of the patio. Three times a ball rattled around the patio seating area. Chief complaint is that the condo’s amenities were misrepresented. Access to a golf cart: no. Access to fitness center and spa at the Omni: no. Access to the fitness center was a selling point for me so this was a large disappointment.
