Beautiful, Remodeled & Styled: 3 Bedroom + 1/Mini Bedroom and 2 Baths. Sleeps 7 guests. This newly remodeled home has stunning vaulted ceilings in the living area that make it extra bright and airy. The living area houses an extra-large screen T.V. to enjoy the big game or your next binge worthy show! Combined open living/dining room floorplan is great for entertaining guests and has a lovely table that seats 6\. Kitchen is fully stocked and fully remodeled with gorgeous marble countertops and all brand-new appliances. Guest room 1 has a Queen bed, T.V. and sleeps 2 and has Bathroom 1 access. Bathroom 1 has a Shower/Tub Combo and is accessible through Guest Room 1. Guest room 2 has a twin bed with twin trundle and T.V. that sleeps 2. The Primary Bedroom has a Queen Bed, T.V., sleeps 2 and has Bathroom 2 access. Bathroom 2 has a Shower and Vanity. Half/Mini Room has a Twin Bed and sleeps 1\. Can also be used as an office. It is a 5-minute walk from Rancho Mirage's famed outdoor mall- The River. The River is directly across the street and has numerous shopping and dining businesses including: Cheesecake Factory, P.F. Changs, and Regal Movie Theater. The River often hosts events on the weekends including Live Music and Arts Fairs. Also located next to this home is Rancho Las Palmas Shopping Center that is also a 5-minute walk. It is home to an In-N-Out, Starbucks, CVS and Norma’s Italian Kitchen. I’ve stayed in multiple different units over the years that were not as new but were maintained much better. First , if you are in the business of renting your place for people to sleep you better invest in mattresses and beds that are not falling apart and are comfortable. The bed frame in second bedroom was broken but looked like just temporarily fixed so the mattress fell through the first day. Had to pull the mattress on the floor to sleep. The master bedroom mattress is so hard and only a Queen, which is really unfortunate for the price of the rental. The second major issue is the back patio that faces the beautiful golf course has old and dirty chairs with one small old and very dirty table. For a rental unit where sitting outside is such an expectation this type of outside flimsy furniture is not okay. The kitchen is very nice and after a whole day texting back and forth with the owner on how to get the golf cart to work we finally were able to use that. A printed or electronic owners or rentals manual with more information about the cart, when or how to use the tennis courts or fitness center would be useful. It’s advertised as part of the rental but absolutely nothing is provided to help us access these amenities. This unit looks good in the pictures but is very poorly maintained. The location was excellent — very close to the pool, clubhouse, hotel, and included golf cart access, which made getting around easy and fun. The home was well-stocked with amenities, making it very comfortable for a longer stay.There were a few maintenance issues during our visit, but Crystal and Matt were very easy to reach and responded quickly to all our questions and concerns, which we really appreciated. A couple of things to note: the garage is quite full with personal items, and the exterior patio and entry walkway foliage could use some maintenance.Overall, we really enjoyed our time here. And the extended space, including the option to cook healthy meals on our schedule in the well-appointed kitchen made the experience that much more enjoyable. As a bonus, the ample living room which opens to the patio highlighted the views and made the weather a joy. I especially enjoyed reading under the mandarin tree. ##### Amon J. Not comfortable. No dressers in rooms to put folded clothes other than the primary. Lights on fan on patio didn’t work. Very roomy and bright, right on the golf course residential area in close proximity to the Omni resort. Although we didnt have acces to the actual resort hotel pool, we did have access to the residence side pools. A perk was utilizing the golf cart that belong to house to explore the grounds! ##### Apple A. The property had four bedrooms which was useful to us. I could see that some of it was remodeled, but not all of it. However, the things that I would say we weren’t happy with was the lock on the front door. The lock was broken and did not open from the inside. We struggled opening it and had to exit the kitchen door. The owner didn’t seem interested in fixing. The Keurig machine had no pods left there just some old Instant coffee. No one left out the toilet paper so I had to contact the owner again to locate it.
