The manicured grounds frame the large pool and spa with wonderful full-furnished living areas at each end. At the South end of the yard is a grand outdoor living pavilion featuring a comfortable conversation area, dining for 8, and a dream 8-burner natural gas grill station. Feel free to swim the length of the large heated pool over to the North side of the yard. You’ll want to spend every evening here, recanting your day while gathered comfortably around the large fire feature. Neighborhood and Additional Info Rancho Modhome is located on a quiet and beautiful cul de sac in the heart of the Tamarisk neighborhood, one of the best areas of Rancho Mirage. You'll be a at a central location between Mission Hills Country Club and Tamarisk Country Club. You will pay actual gas and electric costs during your stay ($1500/month Advance Utility Deposit is required), but rest assured there is a large solar array on the rooftop generating much of your electricity for free and there's a Tesla charger available for your use in the one car garage. Additional cars are easily parked in the driveway. Well-behaved dogs are welcome; there's a $150 per Dog Fee unless they are authentic Service Dogs.
