### 2-bedroom Villa - Super Host - Mission Hills CC on Dinah Shore Golf Course

2,000 Square Feet - 2 Bed - 2 Bath - Located in Mission Hills Country Club. This villa is extremely quiet and private with amazing views of the golf course, palm trees and snow covered mountains. Located in an extremely safe guard gated community conveniently located between Palm Springs and Palm Desert. The beautifully-landscaped grounds are perfect for long walks, especially with sunrise and sunset framed by mountains.  
  
Stays of 30+ Days or Long Term Rental  
The space  
The entire home is one story on the ground level. It has Saltillo Mexican tile floors. It has a beautiful entry with Restoration Hardware furnishings. The front door has an access code you can select so no need for a key. The free parking is right in front of the condo.  
  
The great room features airy vaulted wooden ceilings and a ceiling fan. This area features a natural gas fireplace and large OLED 4k TV, including Apple TV, Cable TV, HBO, Showtime, Netflix, and Amazon. There is a Room & Board sectional couch and Shuffleboard!  
  
The wet bar is well equipped with wine glasses and an electric wine opener.  
  
Well-equipped kitchen overlooking front patio features an electric range, a new dishwasher, Keurig, a new refrigerator with ice maker, new toaster oven, and a new microwave. A comprehensive assortment of kitchen gadgets include cooking and baking utensils, blender, dishes, knives, and silverware are available.  
  
There is also a brand new washer and dryer with laundry detergent and all the essentials.  
  
The rear patio has a tremendous view overlooking the golf course and snow covered mountains in the distance. The patio is adjacent to a lush lawn and a heated swimming pools and spa.  
  
The master bedroom features Pottery Barn furniture, a King-sized Tempurpedic Lux Cool bed, bedside tables, a master bath with shower, tub, two sinks, a good-sized closet, and a Samsung FRAME 55 inch television with a 2nd Apple TV.  
  
The guest bedroom features a Queen-sized $3,000 new mattress, closet, bedside table, desk, office chair, and a nice guest bathroom with shower.  
  
The rear patio offers unparalleled views of the golf course and mountains. There are two ceiling fans outside, and the patio provides near complete seclusion and shade from the sun. There are chaise lounges to relax on the patio.  
  
A quiet heated pool and spa are steps from the condo.
