The double bedroom features a plush king-size bed with a top of the range TEMPUR mattress, ensuring you get the best night's sleep, along with all the essentials you may need. Free parking is available on nearby streets, with plenty of paid options just a short walk away. Ramsgate train station is less than a mile from the apartment, offering high-speed trains that get you to London in under 70 minutes. Local buses provide easy access to nearby destinations, and London airports are conveniently reachable, making it the perfect base for both work and leisure.

Accessibility: There is disabled access to the side of the building, this would need to be arranged beforehand to ensure the use of this entrance. The lift is located next to the disabled access. There is one step at the main entrance, followed by two small steps in the hallway before reaching the lift. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions about accessibility.  
  
Quiet Hours: To respect our neighbours, we ask that noise is kept to a minimum, particularly between 10pm - 7am.  
  
No Smoking: Please note that the apartment is smoke-free, including e-cigarettes and vaping.  
Pets: Please get in contact regarding your requirements.  
  
Parties & Events: We have a no-party policy in place to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone.  
  
Cleaning: The apartment is professionally cleaned before each stay, with weekly cleaning available for longer visits.
