A modern 2-bedroom apartment offering guest a luxury experience whilst minimising impact on the environment. A versatile space with direct access to the beach and a sheltered terrace with stunning sea views -the perfect coastal escape for couples, friends, and families with up to three children. Create lasting memories, explore the vibrant local community, and relish the tranquillity of coastal living. Your seaside adventure awaits. As you step into this beautifully designed apartment, you'll immediately notice the seamless blend of modern elegance and sustainable living. The open-plan living area is bathed in natural light and leads directly to a spacious sea-facing terrace. This large terrace is your private haven, where you can savour morning coffee, enjoy al fresco dining, or simply unwind with the mesmerising sight and sound of the sea. The fully equipped kitchen is a culinary delight, featuring modern appliances including Siemens Induction Hob, Fan Over & Dishwasher plus a Grind Espresso Coffee Machine. Whether you're preparing a quick snack or a gourmet meal, you'll have everything you need at your fingertips. The master bedroom features a plush king-sized bed and an en-suite shower room for your convenience. There is also an additional pull-out trundle bed for the fifth guest. In the second there are two single beds and plenty of wardrobe space. For added comfort, there's also a main bathroom with a relaxing bathtub. The apartment is located on the second floor, with lift access to all floors. We love animals but we have chosen to make this home pet-free. The apartment is fitted with a Minut Sensor. Minut is camera-free. It simply monitors sound, occupancy and temperature levels in the property. It does not listen in on conversations or capture any other sensitive data. Minut minimises neighbour complaints, keeps guests and homes safe, and enhances guest comfort. You will have full access to the apartment (excluding one of two wardrobes in the kids bedroom which will remain locked) You will also have access to a secure, covered private parking space and a secure bicycle store. Please note we do not currently offer EV charging. We will be on hand to answer any questions you have before, during or after your stay. We live locally so can help you plan your stay to make it as enjoyable as possible. The apartment's location is nothing short of spectacular. You'll have direct access to the beach without crossing a road, making it easy to take leisurely strolls along the shore, build sandcastles with the kids, or bask in the sun. Ramsgate offers a charming mix of seaside attractions, quaint cafes, and local shops, ensuring you'll have plenty to explore during your stay. We take sustainability seriously. This property has been furnished with eco-friendly and locally sourced materials wherever possible, without compromising on luxury; including super soft bamboo bedding, Eco Mattresses & Mater terrace furniture made from ocean waste plastic. We supply plastic free and sustainable toiletries, eco coffee pods and use green cleaning products. Can turn them off but no information telling you this.Generally would have liked printed information available in flat on appliances and local area, restaurants etc. Being given a website to look at is not the same.
