IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests have access to the whole property. The apartment is accessed through its own private door. The property does not provide designated parking spaces; however, street-paid/ free parking is available on nearby local streets. Pass The Keys will be managing the property on my behalf and will be available to contact 24/7 for any assistance you may need. Other things to note ● Please note the apartment is all on one level however there is a downward staircase you will take upon entering. ● The apartment does not contain a microwave however we do have an oven for making and reheating food. ● Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £65 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule. ● The apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests, however bookings of more than 4 guests will incur an additional fee of £20 per night per guest. For bookings of up to 4 guests, linen will be provided for 2 beds, and for booking of up to 6 guests, linen will be provided for 3 beds. ● Pets are permitted to stay at the property for a charge of £25 per night per pet and a maximum of 2 pets in total. IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys we require guest verification, which is provided by Superhog.
