With restaurants and shops nearby in Ramsau, you’ll have easy access to everything you need. The apartment is conveniently located 4.5 km from the Penken cable car, 1.5 km from the Horberg cable car, and just 1 km from the supermarket. Restaurants are approximately 200 m away. During the summer, enjoy free entry to the outdoor swimming pools in Hippach and Mayrhofen. Situated on a spacious 5000 m² farm, the property offers a peaceful, rural environment while being an ideal base for outdoor activities. The farm is only 50 m from the apartment, where you can experience the charm of dairy farming and poultry, with the opportunity to buy fresh farm products directly. Free parking is available on-site. You will have the entire 1st floor to yourself, with a private entrance. The apartment features two cozy bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, a bathroom, and a separate toilet for added convenience. The sheltered roof terrace is perfect for enjoying breakfast in the sun or relaxing in the evening. Il n'y a pas de lave linge cependant. La région est très belle et le logement est à moins de 30 min de plusieurs grandes randonnées et activités de montagne (rafting, VTT...). ##### Vincent M. Het ruikt zelfs nog nieuw! Het is zeer compleet en luxe ingericht. We vonden het heel fijn dat we er handdoeken bij kregen en er vanalles in het huisje aanwezig was, zoals afwasmiddel, vuilniszakken, handzeep, enzovoorts. Het appartement is zeer ruim, met grote slaapkamers. Smaakvol ingericht. Fijn dat er een tweede toilet is. En dan het terras: wat een luxe, zo’n grote buitenruimte! En dat met mooi uitzicht op de tuin en de bergen. Onze kinderen hebben zich goed vermaakt in de tuin waar vanalles te doen is. Dat maakte het voor ons echt af: dat het niet alleen een appartement is met balkon maar dat ze ook in de tuin konden spelen. Extra plus waren de hond en de kittens :-). We hebben ons erg welkom gevoeld en komen zeker nog een keertje terug! ##### Michelle R.
