It features two apartments and is situated in a secluded position on a slope in the district of Hierzegg, Austria, approximately 4.5 km from the center of Ramsau and 12 km from Schladming. The apartment has hardwood and carpeted floors throughout.

The apartment comes equipped with a kitchen/living room area that includes an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, and electric coffee machine, as well as a dining table. It also features wood heating, two separate toilets, and a balcony. Additionally, amenities such as a children's high chair, baby cot, and free WiFi internet access are provided. The property is also equipped with a smoke alarm.
