The Porch Parlor is a charming one bedroom, first floor apartment with rocking chair front porch perfect for coffee or cocktails! This 1918 character and light filled home has ten foot ceilings, 2 charming ornamental fireplaces, a large open kitchen and living space along with a huge king bedroom suite with a clawfoot tub and walk-in closet. Be in the heart of Oakwood, walk to Person Street, take a stroll through the Historic Oakwood cemetery, & bring your fur baby! The Porch Parlor is waiting.There is also a shared backyard with the other units that is fully fenced so you can bring your fur baby or take a stroll through the neighborhood as it’s extremely walkable and very pet friendly!  
  
We are just 3 minutes away from Person Street, downtown Raleigh Moore Square! Close to red hat, theater, and Moore! 5 minutes to Mordecai, and 10 minutes to the village District, ,440 NC State and Hillsborough Ave! 15 minutes to the Lenovo Center area/ and the State fairgrounds, and Only 18-20 minutes from the airport so making this location highly desirable! As we are close to everything!
