In-Unit Laundry with Washer & Dryer on the third Floor. You can Park your car on driveway. Four BEDROOMS are furnished - 2 KING & 2 QUEEN sets. The First Floor Suite and Master Bedroom Suite comes with King Bedroom Set, Bedsheets, Comforter, Pillows etc. Key-Less Entry, don't need to carry your key, just need your phone. 2\. Household supplies Kitchenware/Pots and Pans, Plates, Bowls, Dinnerware, Nespresso/Breville/Keurig Coffee Machine, Toaster, Towel, Bedsheets, Comforters, Pillows, Some Cleaning Supplies, Vacuum Cleaner etc. 3\. Leaving it out for over 24 hours is an HOA violation. Recycle Collection is every other week on Wednesday. 7\. Parking Two Cars can be parked on the driveway and Parking on Street is not allowed.
