Fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops, coffee bar and large island. You will love this spacious home with so much to offer including a great outdoor deck complete with patio furniture. Perfect for relaxing with the family! Upstairs you will find a bonus room equipped with a 50" TV with Roku express and games for the family. Master suite with a walk-in closet and master bath with a garden tub. \*\*The Space\*\* Outside of home- 4 steps to enter the home. Living room- King sleeper sofa, 60" TV. Office space with piano. Kitchen- Fully stocked, coffee bar, granite countertops, dining table that seats, countertop bar with leather stools. Bedroom 1 downstairs- Queen bed. Bathroom 1 downstairs- Full bathroom. Upstairs- 17 steps to the second floor. Master bedroom upstairs- King bed, TV, tray ceiling, spacious layout. Master bathroom- Full bath with separate shower and garden tub, his and her vanities, tiles floor, and large walk-in closet. Bedroom 3 upstairs-Queen bed Bedroom 4 upstairs- Two twin bunk beds, sleeps 4. Bedroom 5 upstairs-Queen bed Bathroom 3 upstairs- Full bath, double vanity. Bonus room upstairs- 50" TV, Roku express, couch, toys games, play couch. \*\*House Rules\*\* \-Six cars allowed maximum \-Pets are not allowed. There is a $400 fine for unapproved pets. \-Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. \-Parties: We do NOT allow parties. If you have a special event or gathering request, we will consider each request on a case-by-case basis. If there is evidence that a non-approved party/gathering has been thrown, you will be assessed an extra cleaning fee of up to $500. \-Overnight Guests: Please make sure you enter the accurate overnight guest count when booking. As you can imagine, when 1-2 people spend the night, the wear and tear on the house is far less than when additional guests are in the house. Although this property can sleep more than 2 guests, the base price is for 2 people. There is a $15 per night price increase for each additional guest staying in the house over 2 people (the exception is for infants under 12 months.) Putting in your accurate overnight guest numbers PRIOR to the booking will ensure you can see what the correct price will be for your stay. \-Visitors: We are perfectly fine with you having family or friends visit you during your stay. If you are planning to have more than 2 visitors who will NOT be spending the night, please let us know. At no point can there be more people at the property than the maximum house capacity listed. (For example: if the house sleeps 8 and allows you to book for 8 people, then there can never be more than 8 people at the property – even if they are just visitors stopping by.) If this rule is not abided by, there will be a $40 fee per unapproved visitor. \-Fire/Smoke: It is a property rule that there are to be no fires, candles, smoking, or burning of any kind in the property. This does include not having any fires in the fireplace. We charge a $200 fee if there is any indication of any form of burning/smoke in the house. (This is for the safety of our guests and to protect the property.) \-Excessive mess: If the property is left excessively dirty there will be a $100 fee for extra cleaning. \-Late check-out fee: Late check-outs are allowed only if explicitly approved. If approved prior to arrival you can check-out as late as 11:00 a.m. with no charge. There is a $25 charge per hour if we extend anytime beyond 11:00 a.m. and the latest we can let someone checkout is 1:00 p.m. For days of late check-out requests, there is a $35 per hour charge. If not approved, there will be a $50 charge for a 30-minute late check-out. If the guest has not left the property after 2 hours, they will be charged for a full additional day. This does not allow the guest to stay an additional night; it's a penalty fee. This extra day fee is without discounts. \-Guests must provide a working telephone number. If the telephone number does not work, then the reservation can be canceled without a refund. \-We will always go above and beyond for you. We were very disappointed that your main family room TV had no sound. We tried several remotes and the TV itself. Plus, we could not get the second TV (upstairs) to even turn on. We tried all your suggestions: •checking all the plugs to be sure they were solidly plugged in•checking the sound button on the TV•re-setting the routerWe all have similar TV’s at home and are familiar with the technology. We were very disappointed that there was no one locally who could come help us with the problem. The eight of us left your house with the feeling that your TV’s are just down right broken. Obviously, we were all very disappointed at not being able to watch sports. Other than the TV’s, your house was very nice. The TV’s were very big black mark for us. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the entire house had a cozy, welcoming feel that made it easy to relax and enjoy our time together.We couldn't have asked for a better setting for our retreat. We had all the comforts and necessities to make us feel right at home. Very clean and well stocked house with an abundance of space and plenty of Roku tv’s! The house only sleeps 12...floors and couches don't count. \*\*\*BEWARE\*\*\* - In fine print at the very bottom of the listing, a 15 PER GUEST PER NIGHT additional fee for more than 2 guests. Upon arrival, there was trash throughout the yard, trash and recycling cans were full, leftover rock salt from storm 2 weeks ago, leaves all over the back porch, cigarette ashes on patio table, crumbs in bunkbeds, no TV remotes for LR or Master BR, no access to garage for parking.
