Fair enough for a night

Property was nice, mostly clean and quiet. We used the laundry facility. The kitchen dishwasher was broken. There were only a couple of plates, glassware and pot, pan and utensils to use and they were dirty with no dish soap to clean. Bed was comfortable.

I loved StayAPT! I will definitely be staying here again! Check-in and check out was an easy process, staff was nice and the other guests were also friendly! I didn’t want to leave! I wish I could have made it my home for awhile!

my stay at stay apt was a great experience. it was quiet, cozy and comfortable. staff had good communication and was there to help whenever i needed it. the room was nice and clean overall, the only thing that was a negative to me was a few stains on the couch but it wasn’t bad. overall i enjoyed my stay and would recommend especially for those staying for a while

Loved it!

We only stayed one night but it's the kind of place we would happily rent for a longer stay. It's close to the airport, spacious, and clean. Due to our late arrival, we didn't have to check-in at the desk. We were sent a lockbox # and code to get our room keys. So easy! All of the rooms are lined up on either side of a wide outdoor common area with artificial grass, tables, etc. You use your room key to get "inside," but the corrider is open to the sky. Fresh air! It was so much nicer than a regular hotel hallway and would be a nice gathering place for a group. It was clean and felt very safe! The only very minor issue we had was that housekeeping hadn't removed the last guest's trash from the kitchen. The trash can and trash were in the cabinet under the kitchen sink. Out of sight, out of mind, I guess. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

Apt vs Hotel

Our experience with stayAPT was a good one. Ms Serena was nice and communication was great. The property is well maintained. The room, refrigerator, and microwave were clean. The bedroom carpet and couch had just been cleaned as well. Although we were comfortable and really enjoyed the stay and great location, we would suggest a way to increase water pressure, replace all linen, although clean but appearance is key, check toilets because we had to hold the handle down while flushing and it was a little noisy for a moment afterwards. The living room was quite small but we appreciated the large tv there and the bedroom. With a full kitchen there should be dish liquid and paper towels. Shower amenities are provided but there's no hand sanitizer or soap. Although you can make requests, you have to stay at least a week to receive room service. Overall, I enjoyed the stay, would recommend, and would stay again. If you are used to hotel stays and having access to breakfast this is not for you.

The communication was horrible, the front desk staff member quit while I was trying to get information about our room. The other young lady gave us misleading information then back peddled on what she stated. There was a lot of people smoking marijuana in the parking lot and the smell resonated throughout the building. Several vehicles were broken into and items stolen. House keeper flipped out about our Yorkie barking at her while she was cleaning the room, which was in a kennel and couldn’t get out to her. Overall, clean rooms, friendly staff and decently clean property, however if you are told anything about your reservation get it in writing!

Overrated

We stayed here while waiting on our home to be finished. The building is still new and that helps with the cosmetic appeal. The courtyard and other community facilities are decent enough. Our room was a decent size and was not clean but we cleaned on arrival and didn’t see a need to notify management as I would have cleaned it irregardless. However, management is poor. They do not like you to pay online so they have disabled most of these options. They had multiple vehicles vandalized during the month and a half of our stay. At least one daily as of late. They had a car stolen. They do not have cameras and have multiple signs posted that they are not responsible for damage or theft of property. They also have windows busted out of the building that have been that way for a couple of weeks. It seems nobody is interested in repairing. The housekeeping staff is very rude and there is rarely anybody in the office if needed. Justin seemed friendly on the surface but did not seem interested in resolving any issues as far as vehicle vandalism or being kind to his guests. Some paid online and he would cancel the reservation and kick them out. I am not sure what the situations were for each guest but I do know it seemed to happen a lot and always was loud and eventful. I never had any of my reservations cancelled but due to the other factors listed above we decided to finish our wait at another extended stay facility until our home is ready for move in.
